What a magical piece of heaven that you have, good sir! Just found your channel and I am already obsessed. Just moved into a tiny house in a few acres of woods and I heard the first wild owl EVER in my 50 years the other night. Then, I heard TWO, talking to each other. Oh - it would be magical to actually SEE an owl. I live in an insanely crowded and busy "tourist" area of New England - but in the Winter, you see and hear actual silence, and now that I'm set back a bit from the crazy roads, with a lovely creek right behind my house, I'm VERY excited... for there are OWLS around here!!! Wish me luck - I just want to see one! We have bald eagles near my cottage even further North - watching them "fish" is PURE joy! THANKS! 💖

I remember that night when the first owlet was born. It was the second night of Passover, and everyone watching the livestream was freaking out over it.
She's so cute the way she keeps looking back at her eggs. My house of four years here near Mt. Rainier had a bunch of bird houses that were not used. Last year, tree swallows nested in one. It was the only one facing east. I finished painting them today and put them back up facing east. The grass has grown some, so I will mow my lawn before they return so I don't have to disturb them while they nest. I'll steal some down out of my pillow for them to nest with and put a small branch in my big water tub. Very exciting stuff! Thank your for the beautiful video and the very helpful commentary.
