Thanks for your videos mate. I’ve been seriously considering one lately and these videos are really selling it to me.
I currently drive 13km to work and 13km back, and in Sydney traffic it’s a tonne a fuel a week. This bike seems to solve the problem.
My current issue is convincing the real boss I’ll be safe enough riding one 😅
Thanks again - I enjoy your passion and enthusiasm for these bikes!

This really is a nice/simple tuning and makes a bit of a difference. You are not getting a 500cc bike with this, but you definitely get off the lights much faster than most cars.
Next thing I'll try out is the (disabled) cruise control feature and adjust the power settings for the three switches, so the speed on flat terrain gets limited to 40, 65 and unrestricted kmh. That way I don't have to watch my speed in school zones and city traffic.
Also, I think there is a setting to adjust the speedo - which is currently set to a value of 50. I hope I can actually set it to the correct value, so the speedo does report the correct speed (mine is showing about 8kmh too much, so, real speed is 60 when the speedo currently shows 68).
Something that should be mentioned: you do not need to turn on the bike when connecting to the serial cable in order to program the BMS. It even works with the main switch disabled and only the battery in the bike. In fact, it does not work if the bike is on or unlocked. I also left the serial cable connected to the BMS and fed it through a hole in the glove compartment. This way I can make adjustments to the BMS without the need of demounting all the right hand side fairings.

My original connector on the battery has small fins inside that have broken away. Are these necessary for a solid connection? Bike has been throwing errors and coming to a stop. Is it possible to put some replacement inside or do I need to buy a new connector for £50 only for it to break again? I have a spare battery so its not a major problem yet.

Have just bought one after looking at your videos, along with lots of others.
One question, when the battery remaining charge drops to a certain percentage does the power drop as well?
I've seen the the Horwin CR6 when it gets to 19% the bike will not go over 30mph.
Does the TC Max do the same, if so at what percentage?

The commute to work is 25miles along 30,40,50 and 60mph roads. The last 5miles is all 60mph may get away with 50mph.
I may be in the last 10% by the time I get to work, with the Horwin CR6 that would be in the last 19% so limited to 30mph along a 60mph road wouldn't be very safe! Could always buy an updated battery with more capacity which should then leave me above 20% after 25miles
