Very valuable information looking forward to a video about writing a a quote since we just learned how to quote ! Thanks for the cakes you bring homie!!!🍰
Great Video ! I have a Golf Clubhouse that is 2 stories high and has really bad black mold on red Spanish tile roof tiles. Im assuming I will need a lift and the slope of the roof is pretty steep. How much would you charge for something like this and how long do you think it will take me? Only been in the business 6 months - the clubhouse is 15,468 SF - Any feedback would be much appreciated. Also they want a building wash, how would you price that with the 2 story element and stucco ? Thx TK
How do you charge based on stories, same size house single vs 2 or even 3 stories? I love your pricing method and im going to try it, but would like some clarity on this point. Thank you for the advice
wouldn't you use the perimeter number instead of area? Like your commercial job is perimeter of 621 x say 10ft tall. so it would be 6,210ft x .20 = $1242
You are doing these new guys a disservice by pricing commercial work the same as residential. I'm mainly commercial nowadays. I do 95% commercial work in my business. And if you want to get the jobs you have to be a little more competitive on your pricing.
You can get these prices in commercial or even more fammo, If you want reoccurring, maybe drop it a little. But you never ever want to cut it short. Commercial is a name in the game in the winter/summer and these prices are extremely tangible✊🏼 value and results and you got it
This video highlights why I do it myself. Those prices compelled me to buy my own equipment so every year I won't need to call anyone. I feel most you guys price yourselves out
No I’m still not convinced at $400 an hour I live in a HOA with strict rules I have never paid that much for a house wash especially how the economy is right now with inflation etc I dnt see how you justify that pricing
@@christopherlogan7296so because of inflation you think it should be cheaper? 😂😂 Does the business not have any bills to pay? You pay for the quality job you get.
Brother that’s lovely I like that and more for me I’m started new in this business Do you have any form for talk to you man??? Phone, email anything for contact you???

Would be at about 6-8 grand for the roof and around 6ish for the building wash

I keep it simple with sq ft!

Under price and it's gonna be very hard to flourish as a business..
Seen it too many times
$400 an hour Hellll Nawl that’s quick way to lose a customer interest
Sell value, and your prices will make sense.
Don’t have limited beliefs,
Undercharging is a quick way to lose your business

@@christopherlogan7296 your experience isn't everyone else's I just did a $1400 house wash that took less than a day and she was thrilled about it.
