The ePace doesn't have the best chassis here, the Stelvio does with its Giorgio platform developed for the Giulia. It delivers excepcional performance with a 50/50 weight distribution allowing the engine to sit behind the front axle. It also comes standard with a carbon fiber driveshaft, aluminum patented suspension and aluminum engine, very direct steering with Ackerman geometry for better grip in corners ...and the list goes on and on.
Really appreciate that Vicki brought up the E Paces ponderous weight problem compared to the F Pace. Lexus is easily the worst off the group. CVT gutless and the worst interface ever conceived. Great work!
Ah summer, remember that! Great originality of ideas in this one and the more natural conversation style about each area works really well and probably less stressful for you than the roulette. 😁👍 Looking forwarder to the Christmas special 😁
that description of the Lexus CVT is misleading and wrong. Lexus call it a CVT but it really is not, it is an epicyclic gear arrangement more like a transmission. It is different from anything else but the Prius shows how reliable it is. It is not meant to compare with a normal gearbox and so it will not sound like it either.
The Stelvio competes with the likes of the F-Pace, BMW X3, Audi Q5, Volvo XC60, Mercedes GLC, Macan, etc.. Not with these two which belong to a lower segment. Due to its clever lines, people always believe it is a small SUV and it seems they forget to compare its dimensions with the competitors.
E-Pace would have been the most capable if proper offroading was done. My Focus has been further offroad than that. Also, isn't the E-Pace based off the Range Rover Evoque, older system being the reason for the weight? I would have thought the Discovery Sport would have had a longer wheelbase than the E-Pace.
1:39 JAG's gearbox panel already has been scratched (quality issue?) 5:12 465 Liter only - that's not enough room for luggages in Lexus, but also all the interior looks too small for average european people, she's head always touched the ceiling 5:46 no exhaust tips for Lexus (BTW women loks pretty good) 9:27 worst suspension for the Lexus (lol) I think Lexus is old-fashioned, not prectical and way too small car against its rivals. Both Jag and Stelvio seems to be a very Good Choice for a family
My heart would have the Alfa, but my head would have the Lexus because it's more likely to be reliable (and I'm a boring old fart). The CVT is noisy (I've had one) but isn't meant to be driven like a sports car - that wouldn't bother me so much as that awful infotainment interface though. The Jaguar flatters to deceive IMHO - it looks better than it actually is. In the end though, the big RX450h isn't much worse on fuel .......
RWD Alfas has already good reliablility, check this out (Ok, Stelvio isn't in the list yet, but total same floorbase, parts etc.) www.whatcar.com/news/2018-what-car-reliability-survey/n17810
Fair assessment, and because people don’t buy these types of cars for their handling or power output, the Lexus wins as the only car here that won’t leave you stranded on the side of the road.
nobody wants to drive boring car, nowdays any new car isnt that bad that will leave you stranded, I have driven over 30 years of cars (mostly italian) and never been stranded
We need to start talking about how SUVs take longer to stop, are more likely to roll over, and use more fuel. They are really awful but motoring journos keep promoting them.
I’ve owned the Lexus and it’s terrible. It’s noisy, slow does 27mpg and the whole entertainment system is like windows 98. Suspension was decent and well refined but not overly sporty but that was about it
The difference between the lexus and the rest is bits won't fall off driving down the road. Jag and alfa worst build quality ever. And mechanics just won't hold up over time.
Only women will compare a 2 liter petrol to a 2.2 liter diesel to a 2.5 liter petrol + electric motor ... Ladies drive safely please ... We still want our kids driven back from school in one piece :P

I'm abit biased to Jaguar being from Coventry like the brand but in this case the Alfa wins for me
ALFA ONLY....ALL DAY LONG AND TWICE ON SUNDAY....THE KING IS BACK !!!
FORZA ALFA BABY !!!!
I'd take the Alfa, anyday
Shouldn't it be the F-Pace against Stelvio ?
na nigga f pace is much bigger
It should be
Yes, it should. They're in the same segment.
Despite your confident tone at 4:05 , you're incorrect in the "A" mode....It's not "All Weather"....it's "Advanced Efficiency".....FORZA ALFA BABY !!!
Well, it used to be All Weather. Can't blame here
@@CAR_NL It was NEVER "ALL WEATHER"....

duncan turner so true, it’s an e-cvt which is different to the traditional cvt and I own a hybrid Lexus & have no problems, fantastic cars

if you want everything that you mentioned at the end.... go for Stelvio
alfa romeo stelvio looks better its very sporty and stylish suv and great performance and handling!
Best car review I've ever seen 😁😁🤣🤣🤣🤣

For balance of price and style E Pace wins for me.
Alfa Romeo Stelvio

E-pace is the winner on design aspects and getting popular in south korea.
Nice video.
Love the Lexus!
This is why girls don't do car reviews for guys
What I can't understand is why Vicki is doing all the driving?
Rachael 😛😍🔥

Karol, how many Alfas have you owned?
whispjohn I don’t make poor life choices✌️😎
Erin is fit.
£600 a month! Did I hear that right? Is that what people are paying for disposable cars these days?

Short wheell base jelly bean things.. Why I bought a Camry

wooow
Patronizing? The car isn't aimed at women specifically is it so not sure how that's patronizing. They give it to the male purchasers too.
God that Lexus makes me physically ill 🤮
