Yeah look we all love em but come on Toyota. The tailgate weighs about 400kg... time for a torsion bar. The interior is dated as all hell. Throwing some red stripes around inside doesn't hide the fact its a 10 yo design. That iPad glued to the dash is just plain shite. You can tell by the way she was jiggling about that the ride is still as hard as hell on the open road. They are a handsome shape....but some aspects really need updating.
need to upgrade more on the suspension & tyres for a simple clean finish....you need a 17x9 fuel mag wheels with and a 305x70x17 nitto ridge grappler tyres to make it more rugged looks with an additional 2" lift, a trifold hard cover & a dish matting on the floor
Still very dated for a 2023 model, heavy tailgate, lack of vents or power outlets in the back seats is unforgivable in something at this price point in 2023 and that so-called infotainment system is as useful as a chocolate fire-guard. Need to do MUCH better than this Toyota 👎👎
It’s just becoming a thing to add $30k for the accessories and barely using it. I will say you just need a swag and 4x4 if you want to off-road but if you want to tackle off road you might just need a basic air compressor, a bull bar and a winch only.
Pity you cant own one in Ireland outside of being a business owner, because the dinosaurs in charge havent the braincells to see people other than commercial users might have use for em...
No tub liner? Considering how expensive this model is, that's some serious penny pinching by Toyota. Is it me, or is the ride terrible? So much wobble and jiggling!
place a 50kg weight in the right and left corners of the cargo bed, it will improve the ride radically
Same car in US ,Canada, uk is cheaper. Why is Ireland so darn expensive. That is not worth 60k
Ohh, perfect to drive on countryside :)

Like every ute from Japanese manufacturers you have to add 30 grand of accessories to truly off road capabilities
