@@Arkyn.h Not sure if you have those Buldak sauce bottles but you could always use the ones from the noodles if you have it. You could first fry the onions, adding the choice of protein after the onions become fragrant (could be eggs, meat or both) After the proteins 80% of the way cooking, add day old rice in. (Doesn't have to be day old, it's just easier to separate.) stir fry on high heat for about 2 minutes. Add the Buldak sauce and stir fry until every rice has been coated in the sauce (usually takes like 30-45 secs) Now on to the optionals. I sometimes like to add Kimchi right before adding the Buldak sauce and if I do I'd usually also add like 2-3 tbsp of sugar after mixing the Kimchi sauce around. You could also add cheese (any cheese works I usually use shredded mozzarella and if I'm broke, craft singles cheese) right after you finish cooking the Buldak fried rice. You could just shut off the heat and add it in and it'll melt. This recipe is pretty lazed out xD it honestly depends on what I have on my fridge or what I feel like eating and this is probably what I'd make today but making this is probably generally cheaper than the frozen packet ones I could be wrong though. And honestly, making this is just like making regular fried rice just replacing the sauces with Buldak sauce
It’s a little salty, super crunchy, but can stick to ur mouth when wet, more of a platform for what you’re eating, most things you eat it with will overpower the flavor. sorry if it doesn’t make sense my english isn’t the best🫶🏻
