inspired by Waldorf salad created with Epicure's magic

I needed a cool and refreshing salad for today's heatwave. This was inspired by Waldorf Salad. When you don't have everything you need, with Epicure, you can bring it to a delicious version of any recipe.
Recipe:
Romain lettuce, red grapes, apple pieces, walnuts.
Dressing :
1 tbls Epicure's honey mustard 1 tsp Epicure's Dijon Tarragon seasoning
1 tbls Mayo, and plain yogurt
1 tbls lemon juice or apple
Mix well and combine with salad ingredients. Blend and top with walnuts for that added protein.
