Golden Abyss is probably one of the best games in the series. It does use the touch screen in interesting ways in terms of puzzles and digging around but it really doesn't work well when you're in combat and in the action segments there was no point in adding touch screen actions during combat.

Loved this video. The PS Vita never really hooked me up until the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, when I finally managed to get one and really loved it. Honestly I think that it is a really underappreciated portable and really should have received more love from both Sony and the community. I'm so in love with it that it is quickly becoming the console that I have the largest collection of all. You got a new subscriber here :)

I love that now that the death of the vitw brought all us vita fans oug into the open. Suddenly finding so much great vita content on youtube even now despite hqving had a ton of trouble finding stuff back in the day. Great video sir. Fun to see other collections out there.
You have a really nice collection!! I’m glad they keeping the store alive!! I have about 30 physical vita games and about 7 digital.. the bulk of the 30 I bought the past 2 month and it’s gets very expensive! I wanted velocity new or used but the used was almost the same price as new so I got it new! Bastion was very expensive for the limited run physical skull girls and risk of rain I never heard of until today because of your video I ended getting both the same day! Buying games is not for the faint of heart if your trying to get physical versions as 2020-2021 and it’s going higher!
Fantastic collection! :-D Definitely check out Uncharted Golden Abyss... it is excellent, despite some touchscreen gimmicks and whatnot.
It's crazy how much some of the Vita games have went up in value since their release
I purchased AR nosurge Ode to an unborn star limited edition from NIS America's website, the game at the time was $67 with shipping and now the game is worth over $500 sealed and over $300 opened

I have the white 1001 Assassins Creed edition Vita without the box, The Borderlands 2 Edition 2001 black Vita with the box mint, a PS Vita TV, 53 open physical games, 11 sealed physical games, and 108 digital games so far.
Not bad for having the Vita for only 15 months if I do say so myself. Lol
And no none of them are hacked yet I've been waiting to do that when I'm done collecting. 😁

Nice collection Josh! I’m a huge fan of the vita as well. Still finding games here in the US but it’s slimming down. Lately I’ve been picking up games from play Asia. I did miss the boat however one some of those limited run games. I did hear however they still have super meat boy in the pipelines.

I respectfully disagree about keeping your games sealed. There are a lot of updates and patches you won't get if and when the servers shut down.
Didn’t think about this. Granted we don’t have to worry anymore for now as they aren’t closing for the moment. But this never occurred to me before.
Huh? Game updates will always be available as long as PlayStation Network exists. The PS Vita store shutting down has nothing to do with game updates.

So many games! You've done well to get so many over time. If the prices continue to climb on these do you think you'd eventually sell? I wouldn't be able to help myself I don't think, especially with the sealed games. SHOW ME THE MONEY! 😂
My Vita collection is tiny I only have 10 games for it, though they are the hard hitters for sure which are getting crazy expensive. But it is such an incredible console. You should pick up Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus while you can that game is incredible on Vita
Uncharted: Golden Abyss is really good, they do a thing where everytime you your on a log or something crossing a pit or something you have to stop and use the gyro on your vita to balance drake but besides that the game is amazing!

I've got _12_ games. Lol. I'd have a lot more if I started collecting sooner. But I've also got about 12 digital games too due to the physical versions are priced stupidly high.

Thanks Mark! yes, keep an eye out! well, i did have Shovel Knight, but unfortunately I don't anymore. I thought I would have been able to get it back, but the prices just keep spiking on it, so i may just be out of luck. keeping my fingers crossed though!

Yea I was an idiot and accidentally sold 2 copies of it on eBay (including my spare). I went to cancel the order after it sold but was threatened with negative feedback. I was pretty new to selling, so I caved and sent my own personal copy.

LR games are wayyy too expensive. Super Meat Boy physical copy is going for nearly 300 bucks..On the Vita ps store it is 14.99

Cool to see your collection. I personally use my 1000 model as well. But damn I just recently added a 2000 to my collection. And I gotta say, while a lot of hardware of 1000 is preferable, I have enjoyed the form factor and overall sleekness of it.
If only the 2000 model had the amazing oled screen of the 1000, it would be fantastic :c

Hell yes it’s worth it. Just be aware that it’ll be costly if you’re going for physical games.

@@joemarciano7171 most mine are physical but I'm not gonna pay 100 bucks for a game. Thank goodness I got most the major games and all the AAA games before they spiked in price. Some I've got are Japan Imports. Well, three are Japan imports. Most my digital games are ps1 games RE 1-3 ,Dino Crysis 1 and 2. I did get God Of War collection digitally and RE revelations. I'm more about being able to play the games rather than try and resell it later for profit. Shinobido 2,Dragon Ball Z Battle Of Z,and God Eater 2 Rage Burst are the 3 Japan imports. I'm gonna get Macross Delta Scramble too soon. LBP,Spy Hunter,and probably ;if it's on the Vita store ,I will get YS 8 too. I don't mind digital. And if I was to resell it I'm sure there is a way to keep the games and delete any personal info.
Good thing Sony reversed its decision on the PS Vita store or we would have lost some great games.
