People have unforeseen Circumstances but if you're drop a dog off do it the proper way in person. That poor dog was probably scared to death in that parking lot even if he was tied to something but we don't know that they didn't say that they just said he was dropped off in the parking lot

It seemed they love Mando and were probably heart broken having to make this awful sad decision but of course Mando had to feel left behind and abandoned, poor puppy. This had to be so hard for the owner to do. He looks very healthy and well taken care of so you know he was loved. If I lived out there I would adopt him in a second but I’m over 1,700 miles away… I pray he finds a wonderful, loving, forever home this time, he deserves it.🙏 I’m hoping the person that sent a message here from FL reaches out to you all!

But keep in mind you can't explain it to the pets so they won't understand. Stop getting dogs you know you can't afford in the long run. Getting a dog should not be spur of the moment, THINK long and hard about all that's involved in having a dog like food, love, care and medical bills. Dogs aren't trash. My 16 y/o dog recently died, how badly I wish I could rescue another one but I have enough commonsense to understand my budget no longer will allow me to have anymore and it's really hard to accept. But it's the responsible choice. I'm really so tired of people popping out babies and getting pets they know they can't afford.
