White Interceptors are just SMPV (Specially Marked Patrol Vehicles), not supervisor vehicles. Any of the officers can take them. They are just available to use as a way to blend into traffic more. CHP does not have cages (partitions between the seats) in a lot of their units. But supervisors usually take a unit that does not have a cage. Unless they are LT or higher, or in a special unit, they do not have special vehicles.
Don't really care cage or not if you're getting a ride in back it's not voluntary. Well at least you'll be one of those knowledgeable Cops too bad they don't want officers that think just the ones who follow orders, policy and preserve the legacy of what policing was originally created for.
