Ever been around someone who doesn't appear to listen to you, apparently didn't pay enough attention to really understand your message, was distracted by your phone? How long do you think that relationship lasts? Apparently you aren't worth their time to focus on you with their ears, eyes, and attention. Listening is more than just hearing.
