Awww, the way this quiet, talented, thoughtful person has grown in confidence and challenged himself again and again to get more experience and try things he is unsure about.... He is so incredibly BRAVE. Just think about debuting as the youngest (just days before your 18th birthday) of a massive group with so many powerfully talented hyungs and then going through all the ups and downs and pressures of EXO....Sehun has remained kind and loyal and wise through it all. And up to now he's working on song production, doing even more solo projects and dramas, did multiple seasons of a reality show that scared the heck out of him, and still works so hard to develop his amazing dance style and musicality. (and when I think that he used to think that being cute and being able to dance were the only things he brought to EXO.... sob) However he uses his voice, to rap, to sing, to call out inappropriate behaviour, to argue for his song being produced the way he wants, to talk about how he sees the world.... Keep it up, Sehun, you are amazing :D

If you notice, Baekhyun, Chen, and Chanyeol were all born in 1992 so they are considered friends and can talk casually to each other. However, Kyungsoo was born in 1993 but he casually talks to the three without calling them "hyung". That's because Kyungsoo was born in early January, just before the lunar new year so he is still considered same age with the beagle line as they were born on the same lunar year. So culturally, since Kai was born in January 1994, he could be casual to those born in mid to late 1993 and is considered a year older than Sehun. But since they're just 3 months apart, they just decided to be casual to each other so Sehun doesn't really call Jongin "hyung".
