I absolutely agree 100%. I have over achieved over 100 rides and stopped counting. Holiday World is my home park and only takes 20 minutes to get to by back roads. 13 miles or so. A season pass is the only way to go whenever you live so close. When was your last visit? Great review. This deserves a "SUBSCRIBE" and thumbs up.
@@johngentil1835 So coincidentally my last visit was the day this video came out. I wasn’t planning on it until I saw $25 tickets for their night event. Ended up getting 8 rides on The Voyage including 5 night rides. This was my second ever trip with my first being this July. I LOVE this park. It’s such a gem. I live 3 hour away in Cincinnati and debate getting a season pass.
@@circlesquareanimations It sat as my #1 bucket list coaster until I rode it from the first time this year. As you can see from my review, it’s worth the hype.
Love The Voyage! Rode 5 times when originally opened. Planned Holiday World trip to take the kids. Voyage was down that day. Kids still had a great time. I spent the afternoon trying not to bawl like a baby....
@@TA-ql3sd that’s rough! Last night I actually made a split second trip down for their night event. Got 8 rides including 5 night rides along with multiple rides on all the other coasters. Tickets were only $25 too! One of the most fun days I’ve had at a park in years.
Everyone should definitely do the early bird tour. It’s pricey but - you get to walk up the lift hill. Then get to walk more of the lower twister section of track
@@Parkproductions1991 just a quick short that was posted to a friend’s channel. I did the tour in July. It was an amazing experience for a coaster lover. ruclips.net/user/shortsAD_wzunXHOM?feature=shared
It included a station tour of Thunderbird - visit to the control booth, maint shed, up close looks at the train/cars, and first ride of the day without other guests present yet.
@@JohnnyBlaze-je1hz Right after making this video I got 5 night rides at the night event Holiday World did this fall. Best $25 I’ve ever spent. All the night rides were incredible and The Voyage at night was life changing.
When I rode it this summer it was far rougher than I remember with the bottom of the triple down actually being painful. Otherwise - an excellent coaster worthy of all the praise
@@timpendleton514 so I felt the same when I first rode in the summer in the exact same spot. However when I rode it last night the triple down was nice and smooth. Not sure why it changed
Well said. My favorite ride period

Today at least my first ride on the voyage consisted of a trim less ride. I didn’t even know that there was a brake before the triple down😂

My #1 Coaster out of 151
@@darrio1190 I don’t blame you. If it was a tad bit smoother it would likely be my number 1 or at least 2. It’s an absolutely incredible ride.
great coaster, nothing like it - you def need to ride el toro, it's different, in a good way.
