I literally just discovered this band. I get a lot of music suggestions on RUclips because of all the different music I listen to. The song was Trenchcoat Museum. My first thought after how great the song is was that they definitely have performed on KEXP. Lo and behold
KEXP is my original source for watching crap loads of Speedy Ortiz, seeing loads of bands I love pop up on here is glorious! Seeing Yard Act in Brighton this week, so hyped
Yard Act - I have listened to this session 4 times since yesterday trying to work out what's missing when it dawned on me that there's absolutely nowt missing! This is a close to perfection as it gets, can't wait to see you when you're back in the UK.

I saw then in February at bodega club Nottingham. Fucking totally amazing.james and Sam both took the time for a chat afterwards.. I'm blown away by the album and treasure it as part of my toolkit to face the apocalypse... standing round hand in hand watching the world 🌍 burn.....
