You can still catch this full show as a VOD on mahocast for the next couple of days, it wasn't super expensive if I remember correctly. I watched it yesterday. That service also works for people outside of Japan and you can set it to English. I have used it a couple of times now and it always worked well. Searching for the performance isn't as easy though, it's probably easiest through the schedule.
The first time I see a sax with the octav mechanism under the neck.... Played wonderfully!

I know this song from the Jazz Avengers' version-which also features Miku. Mike is a jewel of a sax player and I love how she gets "into it" every time. Wonderful piece!

When I lived in Tokyo, Miku Yonezawa was one of about a dozen artists I'd go to see every chance I got. She varies her show a lot depending on the audience, from later Coltrane style to smooth jazz. She didn't used to be this good of a ballad player -- good for her!

I'm sorry, I don't speak German but I have ordered some of her CD's via a proxy in Japan (or the Japanese amzn). It's probably the only way except if you are lucky to find a seller who imported it already. This full performance is still available for a couple of days via a service called mahocast, it wasn't super expensive. I am from Belgium and have used it a couple of times, it works pretty well.
