I haven't gone to a international college or anything but I'm working abroad right now and I feel like most people will talk to you naturally because they are really interested in how everything else is like in other countries. Then it's up to you if you want to keep talking to that person or not.
ah noo trust me, I am a super introvert and I studied abroad in Korea as an exchange student. All of the international students are same as you, don’t know anyone and are really desperate to make friends. It was so easy to make friends, you don’t have to worry about that~ it will be so easy lol
MARLA my university has a partnership with some Korean universities for exchange student programs, so that is how I went. Maybe you can check if your university has a program with a Korean university :)
