In 1965, Chan Thomas published The Adam and Eve Story, a book which explained that magnetic pole shifts were responsible for the destruction of numerous civilizations, and that the truth behind the story of Adam and Eve was in its symbolism. Allegedly, a set of tablets inscribed with ancient glyphs tell a tale of global cataclysm on a literally earth shattering scale; and the next one is coming soon. Was Chan onto something? Did the CIA really cover up his work? Or are these just the ravings of a madman? Welcome back to The Lore Lodge...

You have been doing extremely well with the information in your videos but I promise you will find useful Intel that can be proven without any doubt. I will have to explain more details about everything in a more private forum which will also contain the reasons why. I sincerely hope to hear from you and as I said I promise you will obtain a tremendous amount of provable information for you to research and ask questions in the future. I don't know everything and that's not how I am trying to come off at all. The positive information that I have or that I have been one of the few people who was lucky and blessed enough to have access to documents, additional Books or Words changed, removed or completely left out and hidden. Even with everything I have had access to and spent thousands of hours researching and studying I still have many questions but I do have Intel for you that would explain many details in this video. An archaeologist friend of mine who is dead now, told me about caves high up on mountains where they found bones that were completely smashed, crushed up together at the back of the caves. The bones were of animals of all kinds.. tiger, apes, human, and even aquatic life, etc. He said it was like everything was scrambling to get to safety and none of the bones showed any kind of predation, it was almost like everything in there was terrified and just trying to hide and were all killed by an extreme force and he said the only thing thst could smash everything together like that would be water rushing at at an extreme rate. He said that even fissures up on these mountains had the same kinds of bone smashed up inside them but he was not allowed to talk about it, he said he was warned and would loose all funding for his work if he told what he had found.

If I remember correctly, wasn't there an article released that claimed they found evidence there's a LOT MORE water locked in continents than previously known? They were claiming there was more water trapped in land than there is in the oceans!
That would seem to support a global flood theory.
Oh, and they're still looking in Turkey. There's a LOT of interesting things in Anatolia besides the mountains of Ararat and Gobekli Tepe -- although the former has been a source of a lot of study in the last 2 decades.
Speculation has reigned high over the last 7 decades on Ararat. Semi-believable stories go back to World War II where they were alleged reports of manmade objects on the slopes of mountains spotted by many aircrew conducting airlifts in cargo planes making deliveries to the Soviet front. The alleged photos and films taken have disappeared. A post-WW2 (stills taken from motion picture film) show a vague object (likely just an artifact of ice, snow, and rock and NOT manmade), the "Ararat anomaly."
[Frankly, I think the anomaly business has been floated to distract attention from more likely sites on the mountain but that's me! It could just be people are seeing huge freakishly-shaped volcanic rocks and remnants of human settlements at much lower elevations -- below 10,000 ft -- on the mountain. Remains of an Ahora Village destroyed in an 1840 eruption of Mt. Ararat have been spotted in the last few decades.]
Apparently, a Russian woman took a VERY interesting photo of the Ahora Gorge in 2014 from a distance of about 14 miles with a high-power lens attached to her camera. It's the kind of meltback you DON'T see often in that area; happens only about once in every 30-40 years. I doubt it's anything but rock formations but it's interesting and does seem to match up with eyewitness reports of rectangular 'manmade' formations on that mountain in that particular spot. Again, let me be explicitly clear -- I DON'T think it's Noah's ark.

Firstly, thank you for leaving comments on. I wanted to make a few comments and then saw a comment on here talking about caves on mountains having all types of animal life even aquatic and also human remains pressed and broken together as if they all died the same fate together. I'm from the Appalachian Mountains and have wondered there between Pike County, Kentucky, Southwest Virginia and parts of West Virginia nearly all of my life. I've stood on the tops of mountains and fished in both ponds or reservoirs of a sort and streams coming down the mountains. I've waded the creeks and found all sorts of interesting things including muscles and fossil of aquatic life on the mountain tops. How did these creatures get to the tops of the mountains? Coming home one day across a mountain known in Virginia as Hazel Mountain, I stopped and took a common snapping turtle out of the road 200 feet uphill from a stream rolling down the mountain. The turtle was quite a nice sized specimen. How did it get there? When I was younger I worked for a time drilling gas wells and found myself on top of a mountain close to Wheelwright, Kentucky. We had spotted our hole to begin drilling and saw a cave on the peak just above the flat we were drilling on. We walked into this cave which was about five foot and a few inches tall at the mouth so that we hardly had to bend over to walk in at first. A few hundred feet into the cave it had went down to just under five feet high ceiling but then rose to over six and a half feet. The light from outside the cave was able to illuminate inside that we could see fine until we got back into the spot I mentioning and looked out at a lake inside the cave that seemed to disappear into the darkness but had this grayish but crystal clear water so that you couldn't tell just how deep it was. Still to this day, it remains one of the coolest things I've ever seen. When I was a child my dad pulled a trout out of our well at the head of The Right Hand Fork of Laurel Fork Road, Fedscreek, Kentucky. That's up near the top of another hill there in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains.
I want to point out two things though quickly if I may from the Bible: Firstly, how many times was the Earth completely covered in water according to Genesis? You think there was a flood during the time of Noah but you forget to count Genesis chapter 1. In the beginning the earth was without form and void and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. You see Genesis says the earth was covered in water and that God called forth and said let there be light. Now here's where your quote of the one author who claimed each day could have taken much longer than 24 hours is explained. You see in the King James version of the Bible the scribes put a pilcrow between verse two and three. Why you might ask would this be significant. Well, a pilcrow is also known as a paragraph mark. It means that there's a new paragraph and the reason there would be a new paragraph deals with a subject change of some kind. It could be a change in the subject altogether but we're still talking about creation so that's not it. It could be a location change but we're still dealing strictly with creation of things on earth so that's not it either. It could be a change in time....but wait, time didn't exist until God created light in verse three and the Bible says the evening and the morning were the first day. Now some lesser educated folks might think this poetic licensing but nay I say lol. This is actually the way the Jewish calendar understands the day to run even today. The day starts at sundown the previous evening. It doesn't start at daybreak nor does it start at midnight. Not sure who came up with midnight being significant but there you go. The evening and the morning were the first day. God had created the heavens and the earth that first day. It wasn't necessarily 24 hours because time wasn't measured until He created light. The continental drift theory is also explained in those verses as you have to understand that he called forth from the waters and land appeared, so the earth was a sphere of water that encapsulated a sphere of land underneath. This is why the earth even today looks like it should go together like a puzzle. Also understand there's about 70% of the earth covered in water so less than a third of the earth is land. This means that the area of the sphere of water was more than 3 times larger than the area of the sphere of land that was called forth. So what about evolution while we're on the subject, well, Darwinism would have you believe that man evolved from a prehistoric homo erectus not once but time and time again the same way with very closely similar persons and those persons became not the same or similar persons after being changed but that they would become all the known ethnicities of both today and the ancient world. Meanwhile, the Tower of Babel story in Genesis says God changed everyone and scattered them across all the earth. They didn't trek from the cradle of civilization in North Africa or the Middle East where both science and the Bible agree man started. No, God moved them according to Genesis after confounded their speech. In Mesopotamia and Sumeria as well as Egypt there have been artifacts found that describe a flood. Before the written word the children of Shem, Ham and Japheth would have been told by their fathers and mothers by word of mouth about this happening. That's why nearly every culture has a flood myth. Once God had changed them and moved them they retained the knowledge of those stories. They continued to tell those stories. When the Bible says there were men of renown and giants in those days and after, I find merit in myths like Hercules knowing that Gilgamesh is found in the ancient records. Thank you all for reading and God Bless.

We absolutely are not the first civilization to live upon this planet. Years ago i ran a sand dredge, it over time creates it's own lakes , bodies of water. An area i was mining was virgin ground top side was the week before 4-500 year old oak trees, removed so we can pump everything in , location is central florida. At a depth of nearly 100 feet i kept getting metal objects stuck in the suction and had to stop pull up clean it out and go back to pumping sand. The man running the tower where the sand goes to be screened and washed, drove back in the mining area to see first hand what was getting stuck , as soon as he saw it he told us to shut her down that he needed to call the plant manager it was 3; 30 IN THE MORNING WE HAD THE NIGHT SHIFT, with in 1.5 hours we had federal agents all over the plant, in fact they had the entire plant shut down for several days, what we found was proof positive of another civilization before us , unless they had computers 5-6 hundred years ago and had the ability to bury it 100 feet down, thats what was in the mess that we cleaned out of the suction head, desk , legs electronic parts, they searched our cars before we left the grounds, it was not the first picnic for our boss man they must have scared him in the past

Interesting. I studied archaeology and history in college. I can honestly say there is more that we do not know than what we do. Theories deserve a chance to be researched, and with research - comes scrutiny. I am unbiased and always look into every theory. It's hard to tell, but in archaeology we look for patterns. Since so many cultures have flood myths, it could mean something major could actually have happened. I do believe there is archaeological evidence of a flood and I think some of my professors talked about it. However, I don't think they publicly announce it due to academic fears. It's pretty clear. But mainstream academia appears to be convinced of one narrative.

Ithink our planet is much older than we are told. I,much like you research everything, and so often i find truth in so much that it can be a bit overwhelming. Can i tell you something that i found by complete accident one sat. morning on the internet? It will seem crazy but the evidence is pretty damn compelling. Everything we view in our visual media has been corrupted, i fact checked myself to be positive about these findingsit dates back to the 1940s the start of TV free on youtube old epasodes of TIMMY and LASSIE this is the first one i saw #350 hit and run, timmy is in hospital parents are standing in waiting room , the doctor is fixing to come and talk to them look behind his mother at the flowers , you will need to pause your screen and magnetfiy it they are not decorative flowers they are demons, sound crazy, i can just imagine, and this is what caused me to launch a two week long investigation, into everything randomly. . Ihave had experts look at what i have found and they concluded humans didn' do it, they are not sure how things were added or changed, and as time went on the anomilties got more blatant cleverly hidden in plain sight and more of it mostly in our background, and it is always demonic in nature, news clips, nature programs,, even congressional hearings, not my videos evidence is in all archived videos, i pretty much concluded satan is real and you can bet he didn't go to so much trouble for no reason. Ialso found once you find just one you find more the next video easier, pretty sure that a type of subliminal messaging is taking place, without humanity being aware. I did search the internet looking for others that have found the same stuff but no success, however i don't believe i am the only one as far as i know not gifted to see what others are missing, i have about 100 or so of some really wild inserts in the form of screen shots but they are locked up on hard drive lighting caused power surge and killed computer, i just need to find someone to extract them , when congressman were working from home in some of them a monster will be looking in the window in the background, that is the typical stuff last few years, others seeit only when i point it out, the planes bringing troops and others home from Afghanistan, pause your screen and magnetfy not human beings, some have goat heads look them up on the news archives always cleverly hidden in plain sight mostly background. just thought i would share this information with you.

Another source claims that the CIA was considering hiring Chan, so they obtained his book and then decided not to hire him, but they didn't want to broadcast that they were interested in the book, so they hid the book by classifying it. In regards to the 1965 edition, it is very hard to verify the initial press run and how it was distributed. That was 58 years ago and even if you could find someone involved with the book, it is unlikely they would recall any details. Thomas has been dead for 25 years,, so unless you can find his child who might remember the story, this rabbit hole ends. There was A glyph based writing system in southern Asia, but it wasn't widespread. Most examples come from a single city (Harappa) found buried in the Indus valley in what is now India. Nāga were not beings with human heads and snake bodies, but you may find artistic interpretations like that. They were Humans. Nāga actually means cobra. The Nāga Deities of Bodhala were reputedly able to change form between human or serpent. Highly misunderstood, similar to the Yasha or Ragasassa Giants, who are seen as monstrous beings, when in truth it is merely how little Indians from Calcutta perceived large Sri Langkans with big mustaches and larger teeth. because They appeared like giants to Indian mainlanders, who rarely reach over 5 feet 2 inches, whereas Sri Langkans reach a height of up to 6 feet 2 inches very often. Hence 'giants' as to Nagas, they were also Humans of a certain race, but over time became mythicised. However, the serpent symbol and the 'serpent power' is indeed, a symbol that represents the algorithm of creation and evolution much lie A.I. uses machine learning and deep learning and autonomous learning. The serpent power or spiral nature of energy, is why this symbol of the serpent appears in so many mythologies.

Well, it's not unusual. The gentleman you're speaking about was a contractor for the government. Bob Lazar and I believe you probably know who he is. Was the engineer in the 1960s that worked at area 51. He saw things according to himself that he wasn't supposed to see and the government totally eviscerated him. They eliminated his schooling that he said he got on a higher level. No one had any trace of him. The universities he went to had no trace of him ever attending there and so on. The reason I'm bringing him up is because there were so many contractors who worked at area 51. It was basically at least 90% or more and they were flown in every day and then bussed in with vehicles that had their windows painted black into Area 51 and then bussed out again at the end of the day. Everybody was a contractor just about so that's not unusual. My personal opinion and I don't know what your thoughts are on this, but most people who are fairly intelligent and deal in solitary careers in that they have to learn what they do to such a level that it requires them to be in an insular place in their head. In short, they become eccentric. If they weren't eccentric to begin with. Now you put them in with the government in what was at the time and perhaps still is a facet that was off the book so to speak. Area 51 was one of those venues. You add all these elements up and you get some very strange people who buy themselves are strange. Now you have a copious amount of eccentric people working together and independently. So I would say don't be so quick to dismiss what they have to say. When you throw in the human element of someone being "Braggadocious" or self-serving, sometimes that's their way of protecting themselves because no one will believe them anyway.

@kathleengenieve3804, Maybe they have been using mass psyops against the sheeple for so long it creates so much disinformation that some actually think it's the truth. Think about it, they impart so much information to the creation, that they actually corrupt the creation by deception, and mind control. All these screens are just mini Tell A Visions, and they want you to watch a "program". Even supported by math, 9 boxes in a square, from top to bottom, left to right with numbers in this sequence, 492,357,816, all total 15 no matter how you add the numbers.15 is the atomic number for phosphorus, name meaning "light bearer", or the "devils element" because it is used in most explosives. More importantly phosphorus is also used in the original CRT, or cathode ray tube, aka Tell A Vision, or imparting information to the creation, which is us, or the ongoing corruption of said creation via "programming", depending on how you want to look at the situation.
Deception and lies are the main weapons, imparted by flicker rates and frequency, thus the switch to LEDs, which are blue light spectrum. Then add in massive WiFry frequency flying all over, at 2.4 billion cycles a second and rising, when the natural frequency should be only 7.8 cycles a second. Which begs the question, was the plandemic a dry run so they would have a cover story when they just ramp up the frequency causing people to drop dead. Followed by a forced "vaccine" which is actually more metals being injected so the microwaves can work better. Then the cover story could be a new "mystery" virus, when it was a frequency attack since the water oxygen spectrum over 60 gigs would literally suck the oxygen out of an area. Picture a giant microwave oven, only we are the popcorn, and then they keep everyone docile and passive with massive drugs, daily distractions, and massive media psyops so the sheeple are divided ,fighting with one another constantly, never even understanding who the real enemy is. Then a corrupt criminal media just keep pumping more garbage into everyone's minds, aka garbage in garbage out, then they just go along to get along, and line up like mindless sheep to slaughter. DUN DUN DUN!

Greetings from London! I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for this channel❤
Recently, I had a conversation with some older relatives who lived in the Soviet Union back in 1985. They shared a theory with me about Earth's pole shifts that was popular in their times. There was astronaut Dzhanibekov who noticed some strange instability of spinning objects while he was in space. Later, it became known as the Dzhanibekov Effect /Tennis Racket Theorem. Its effect occurs when a spinning object experiences a sudden change in orientation, causing it to flip and change its axis of rotation.
Many people started saying that this effect applies to the Earth. Also, based on folklore, it seems that many catastrophic events occurred in the past, possibly due to pole shift, and the government knows about it but hides it very well😁

oh my, this might be a wild reach but there has been a growing clamor about ancient connections between India and the Mayas and Chinese and the Aztecs. "naga" I believe is the word for serpent and If i remember correctly there is a story very unique to South Asian scripture where a serpent was used to churn the oceans or something and an image depicting that was found aomewhere in the mayan civilisation. There is also interesting evidence of eastern Island script being exactly the same (just a bit in boldface) as indus valley script which has not been deciphered to my knowledge. And there is mention of mayans in Indian scripture as people who live on the place where there is night when there is day "here". There is also evidence of sweet potato, a decidedly mezoamerican crop being found in south east asia before columbus ever took transatlantic travel. There are also similarities between the mayan astronomy and Indian astronomy (dunno if he mentions that) Maybe he is talking about all that?
As for aztecs apparently there was a time where there was this weird snake cult that was taking hold. If you look at it carefully, it kinda resembles a chinese dragon. As well as there have been some artifacts from Chinese dynasties that apparently have been found in aztec civilisation though some scholars consider this an important find while others dismiss it. Why they dismiss it is anyone's guess.
I am analysing this with the assumption that he is connecting Maya, Egypt and naga somehow. So for Egypt and bringing in the question of language, egypt's language would be coptic. And when you trace it back it sounds quite a bit like sanskrit. it definitely has a lot of Sanskrit words in it. And Easter island, which is in polynesia has a script which matched exactly the Indus valley civilisation. As for greek, we know it is Indoeuropean. So all these languages could be related to sanskrit or whatever that ancient indus valley script was?. But I am neither a coptic nor a sanskrit/indus scholar so I cannot speak to the connection. Also again, ancient south asian currency was found in egypt. There are some parallels between some of their myths and some ancient tech etc. And I believe there was some connection of Egyptians with an advanced city of the west coast of India that was flooded at some point also 9000 -11000 years ago I believe. I forget what that is supposed to be. Maybe he is talking about that? We do know there were some connections because allegedly Cleopatra sent one of her sonse to escape to India via ethiopia when the jackals came for her. And there is DNA evidence linking people in ethiopia to India dating far back to cavemen. Which because India was atached to the western coast of africa until it broke and floated away and slammed into eurasian plate, would make sense. Kind of random things he is connecting which give a vague picture but he doesnt provide proof for. Maybe there is more in the stuff he is referencing?
I mean it has more evidence and literature than any serious research on bible does. It is just not something western civilisation wants to accept because it throws the narrative of west was the cradle of all civilisation out the wazoo. It is also remarkable to me that you literally say Indo-European, Afro-Asiatic and northern-India and sino-Tibet in the same sentence and not realise that one half of each of those phrases is referring to the same region, northern India where indus valley was and where sanskrit was also spoken. And remember, we still havent deciphered that or the phaistos disk for a hundred years. Maybe because we dont want to?

To be fair I think what he meant by the oceans not moving with the crust was more about how liquid acts when moved suddenly. The crust is more solid and would move essentially instantly, while the oceans would slosh around.
Not saying he's right in general, but felt that should be mentioned.

Exactly what I was thinking when I heard him say this like dude you just talked about how the story says miles high of water rushes into all the continents like obviously that is the oceans moving 😂 they are pushed over the continents from the massive shifting of the crust . Once everything settles the whole earth and places of oceans would look way different than before . Personally I really believe something does happen that causes the tectonic plates to shift suddenly and rapidly . In my area the Appalachian mtns when you go through any cuts in the mountains natural or man made you seen the layers of rock are vertical in places crazy folds absolutely impossible type folds in rock/earth crust if plates only shift at around current pace . For instance just take a sheet of paper lay it on table put hands on edges push together slowly you will see just a rise in middle just like what’s currently going on with plates. Crust slowly rises but then push together Quickly violently and you see it crinkles rises and dips all kinds of random places in liner fashion . Look at all mountain ranges and you see that looks very identical to how the layers of rock are than just one steady plateau rise which is what happens with slow continuous continental drift .

The original concept for this came from Charles Hapgood... 1958... Earth Crust Displacement. Basically, a mechanism for the shift was pretty shifty (old guy here, 73, adding a funny) but had as its basis in a dramatic movement, tectonic plate size, of the lower lithosphere over the more liquid upper mantle, and had a number of glaring flaws. However, and supposedly, the CIA overcame this with additional info on how a relatively fast bounce back would occur to almost the original plate positions. Your man Chan (catchy, huh?) may have had a role in that 'fix' proposal. This is fundamentally a battleground for those who see only gradualism in earth's history pitted against catasthrophism types. There are 2 distinct forms of "pole shifts". The more popular is the magnetic pole shift which involves a weakening of our electromagnetic field that ends with the S becoming the N and vice versa. The second form of pole shit has no relation to the electromagnetic field, it's solely geologic and involves the earth coming under a sudden gravitational force from an unknown source or object. This supposed gravitational force travels so fast around us (or around the sun, coming into close proximity of the earth) that the earth's crust is essentially "grabbed" and rolled across the molten liquid layer underneath. The speed and energy involved is what causes the severe pole shift(geologic) I believe Chan Thomas is referring to in this book.

      salvo (n.)
1719, an alteration of salva (1590s) "simultaneous discharge of guns, intended as a salute," from Italian salva "salute, volley" (French salve, 16c., is from Italian), from Latin salve "hail!," literally "be in good health!," the usual Roman greeting. It was regarded as the imperative of salvere "to be in good health," but it is properly the vocative of salvus "healthy" (from PIE root *sol- "whole, well-kept").
The notion is of important visitors greeted with a volley of gunfire into the air; the word was applied afterward to any concentrated fire from a number of guns, originally artillery pieces (of firearms by 18c.). As a verb by 1839. The same noun in the Latin sense, via Medieval Latin, came into English in senses common 17c.-18c. but archaic now: "a saving clause or provision; a solution or explanation; an expedient," etc

    {Into the Stone Age}
We write our best laid plans
    upon the wind
    A tempest then blows
    so, we began yet again
    North becomes homeless
    and loses its chill
    The earth now rumbles
    as the oceans stand still
    The galaxy’s spinning
    all our best efforts away
    Pulling us closer
    to that final day
    When the sun does scream
    and the moon then glows
    When the lands break free
    from the fires below
    The oceans will rise
    far above our homes
    as the Oz Ark closes
and we are left all alone
    There is nowhere to run
    and no reason to hide
For the faithful will ride into heaven
    upon this last tide
    So, fall to your knees
    and remember this truth
    Eternity's ready
    So how about you

When you have charged masses rotating, it generates magnetic fields. Conversely, when you have magnetized masses rotating you generate electrical fields. So, it is possible that application of an external electrical field would apply a force to the rotating magnetized mass (so called right hand rule). The core is complex. There appears to be a breeder reactor operating therein, keeping everything molten. It is difficult to say what would happen if a large flux of alpha particles or neutrons were to strike the core. The problem with all of this is that the crust is a rotating shell having tremendous mass, and thus moment of inertia. Thus, it will tend to maintain its rotational orientation due to gyroscopic stability. The only thing I can think of that would cause the crust to change its vector of rotation, is an inelastic collision with a large mass.

It's a really fascinating topic to delve into. Most of these cultures believed at the end of each 26,000 year cycle humanity would enter the Kali Yuga, the Iron period, it has many names, but basically warfare, natural disasters, disease and famine would wipe out civilization and humanity would have to start over and eventually they would enter the Golden age, and some think that is when the pyramids were built, because mankind is more in tune with the world and their consciousness expands, etc. Anyway, Precession of the Equinoxes is what it's called, tons of good documentaries on it.

On the more practical side, It is also possible that if Chan was being considered for government employment, the CIA may have compiled a file on him while doing a background check, and the file was what was actually classified, and the book just happened to be part of the file, because they included it in their background check.

Things that resonate with us mythopoetically trigger that desire to dig deep and rabbit hole. When the unconscious surges to the surface it can overwhelm and circumvent our rational faculties, but those same faculties are desperate to make sense of it and connect the dots. I'm not fully sure how his theories held up when they were first released, but around 63 was when we should have already discovered magnetic banding on the sea floor that shows the possibility of the poles swapping. That was an idea he used. The problem is that the very existence of these bands completely destroys his theory that when the magnetic poles shift, it takes the physical poles with them. If you want to do some research on this topic, just look up the geomagnetic dynamo.

I would be very interested to see what happens if a modern expert in cryptography and/or steganography could get a good look at an original 1963 copy of the book, especially if they focused on the diagram of the cross-section of the earth. I am very curious to see if there could be any information that has been sanitized in the missing, and later re-appearing, crust layer that you point out.

@@sophiahammon9609 In this video, there was mention of a diagram in the original release that was minorly altered in the first "sanitized" re-release. The diagram was supposed to depict a cross-section of the Earth, but in the sanitized edition one "layer" of the Earth's crust is missing as compared to the original image. I was suggesting that this change seems arbitrary and unnecessary on its face, so it might suggest that there had been hidden/encrypted information in the deleted component of the picture.
My initial impression was that it seemed like an odd thing for tthe publisher to remove for aesthetic reasons, and it probably required some extra effort since it was a ring inside a set of concentric rings. Why bother unless there was something sensitive there in the original?
I am now considering that there could have been an innocent business decision behind this alteration. (Maybe the ink used? I have no experience with professional printing or liithography, so I cannot say how likely that woold be. )

Chan wrote the screenplay for "2012"? In the film, a mass coronal ejection, spewing nutrinos that cause a physical effect, was the mechanism for triggering Earth crust displacement, polar shift, etc. Umberto Eco describes what happens when you start with a mistaken premise, and compound flawed premises to a catastrophic end in his book, "Foucault's Pendulum". The only thing they sent to space was everyone's imaginations, they can't go anywhere, they never will go anywhere, EVER, end of story. Are you aware of the London Hammer? Found in London, Texas in 1936 by Max Hahn and his wife while they were out walking, the hammer also became known as the “London artifact” when the rock in which the tool was found trapped in was alleged to be over 400 million years old. Another great one is the hi tech precision metal gear that was found in a bituminous coal deposit that is 350 million years old. Or the Tempe Butte mountain area that a cut through the mountain that shows multiple different folded younger layers of of sedimentary deposits hundreds of feet under layers from the Paleozoic era that is hundreds of millions of years older? Tying religion or religious beliefs to a mechanical operation of a planetary system is absolutely absurd. We are just getting to the point where we can conceptualize planetary motion and functional operations over the millennia. Because we have not seen it in our lifetime generally makes the theory, a myth or legend or folklore. Prior records in stone is open to interpretation and even then the context of the information as well as who’s doing the scribing and their point of view or position can make it unreliable for true understanding and scientific knowledge. The one thing that is for sure is that the earth is always changing, every day a little other times more complex and violently (Mt. St. Helen & Pompeii) and still other times so violently that we cannot even conceptualize it. An asteroid or comet is one thing normal planetary shifts are so catastrophic that we as a society do not want to admit we are just like ants on a construction sight.

So, for real though. I can kinda see some threads that Chan might have been following.
Cuvier called the cataclysms "revolutions" that resulted in mass extinction. He uses the science they had at the time to try and explain his theory, which, isn't exactly so left of field.
So, the first guy talked about the 6 days being any length of time. Cuvier calls the cataclysms revolutions, a day is the earth making a full revolution.
Many cultures across the globe have beliefs that involve the sun "dying" or being reborn each day. If we consider that as a mini cataclysm..as above so below right? So it's a physical representation of each "revolution" being a cataclysm.
I feel like Chan, connected the 6 "days", as the six major cataclysms of earth, meaning we are in the 6th/moving into the 7th day, where everything is "perfect".. and then of course just like in The Matrix, it all starts over again.
Ironically, many Hinduisms consider that we are currently experiencing the "Kali Yuga" the last age of life on earth before everything is destroyed in a cataclysm, only to be reborn again to repeat the cycle through the yugas once again.
Furthermore, I'd consider connecting the numerous major flooding events described and the shift of the continents etc. To evidence of ancient flooding, such as the presence of water lines present on the sphinx, as one example.
Like i said, I can see some threads there that could be fleshed out and could be a really interesting project.
I have a BA in both anthropology and religious studies, a special interest in eschatology and related conspiracies, so this kinda topic gets me all excited. 🥰

Okay, so you've "only" touched on your anthropology side - I think at this stage we all can admit that global flood happened, and other weird events recorded in old writings ( vedas in India for example - atomic bomb kind of event) , but what about eschatology? Didn't mention - why , only - what , in your comment. This is far more fascinating, and always ( from my obviously limited observations) more rare in any presentation. I wonder what's your take on it, I have my theory, which got confirmation when I came to faith in Christ ( before was studying all sorts of philosophies, mythologies, more or less scientific theories, legends etc), it resonates with me, that each so called revolution ( cycle, wheel turn) is as was beautifully ( poetical metaphor) explain in Bible, as planting seeds, harvesting, separation wheat from tares - in every cycle souls going through refinement and if they pass , they're welcome to "God's family", those that do not- are due to some kind of selfinflicted torment ( cause of free will-: everyone can choose), so called Kali Yuga, or end days, apocalypse - lifting of veil - is in one way difficult period, but in other way easier ( for those who have eyes to see and ears to hear and discernment what priorities are- which is not selfserving ego trip for sure) , cause it's no illusion anymore - as we can observe these days - one big theater, and we who choose our alliance to God- know there's nothing here to gain and only thing is to be God's worthy image and following the Truth. One other important thing - it's few heavenly realms above us ( or realms or whatever name) and it's testing ground, most ppl getting cought in astral lies illusions of so called demonic creatures ( who by nature lie, still and destroy) and here comes eschatology - only Being like Christ - has power to lift us up above this realm without us loosing our mind, soul etc, ,

I have my own, personal, anecdotal, utterly irrational expectation that government and military intelligence agencies have undisclosed, dubious, covert strategies for their various operations and tactics. One example is my belief that a government/military intelligence agency manufactured UFO believers culture by pretending to cover up government knowledge of alien craft. The impetus being to create a new hole for black budget waste to stem the threat of the alien invasion.
That kind of thing fits with the CIA clumsily redacting or revising this book of nonsense. That was either a publicity stunt by the author or publisher to help book sales, or the CIA manufacturing a story about this book having dangerous information, so they could generate the inevitable conspiracies.
So, why would a government intelligence agency want to do something like that? Diversion and distraction is how the magic works. If you're looking over here, you're not looking over there. Spycraft 101. What they were diverting attention away from is unknown, but almost certainly something, 'cause that's what they do.
