After overpowering physically a being powerful enough to hold open a portal between different levels of reality through raw power alone... I suspect Odin couldn't have done that in his prime. She did, AFTER shrugging off an attack which nearly killed everyone else in the room not behind something solid enough to deflect it. Agent Peggy Carter kept the world safe for at least fifty years. Captain Carter saved the Multiverse with some help. And, of course, the Serum only makes you more of what you are...
