I just got this game and started playing online yesterday for the first time after practicing with ai for my first few games and this strat has been paying off big. Only time I lost was in the map where people get automatic walled territory in a square. I learned to put towers on the area I break into first and that helps alot. Also have to go for the gold and wood resources at the start. If you get stuck fighting units they keep farming until youre outfarmed.

This is actually pretty fun to watch. Your town center is destroyed by some rogue villagers and now theres a man hunt for the last of your people as you hurry to scrap together an army of archers
Thanks for remembering some of us are new here, well I’m not really as I’ve seen about 80 hours worth of your RUclips vids (including that 13 hour game), but pointing out blacksmith upgrades affect Incan villagers is top stuff. Haven’t played since the original so I don’t quite know all the civ differences yet. Thank you, based T90.

It is hard to be a villager; you have to fight with everyone, but it is much harder to not be a villager; you have to fight with Villagers.
Working on a patio outside, I have RUclips on as background noice, T90 starts playing. Nice.

I've always been thinking about this strat. Nice to see it actually being played and working so well. Might as well try it out then.
So this one time I was moving across the country. We didn't have much stuff so we just rented one of those small uhaul trucks and drove it ourselves. Well it turns out there was a problem. When going uphill for some reason the truck could only go about 20 miles per hour. We found this out right as we reached the Rocky Mountains. That was fun.
Not gonna lie, was expecting a Spanish Supremacy villager rush, but this really takes the cake. I predict a new meta for Inca.

Yep, it deserves the legend defenitely. Also these out of meta games are the most entertaining ones, I'd like to see more for sure :D
I feel like scouts or men at arms are a better defense to this due to the vils high pierce armor. Yes scouts are hard on your Eco but they would fair better than feudal ranged units

This is what i fear and admire about Japanese players in every video games. They have strong determination and always thinking two steps ahead. The wolf attack is a great example.

@T90Official Hi T90, Just have a general question, when you cast pre-recorded game, do you need to get permission from both players before uploading to RUclips? The reason why I am asking is because some players like noburu rely on those annoying strategies to win over higher rated players since they don't know this strategy, but if more people watched your video, it could be not that effective anymore.

It seems the reason this works is because noboru has so many villagers at the start of feudal that its difficult for his opponents to train enough military to counter. I'm thinking, would Goths spamming Man at Arms from multiple barracks be a good counter? The villagers can only be trained from 1 TC so eventually the Goths should overwhelm them.
Agreed, but how doe one spam Men-at-arms if the gold is constantly denied?
Doing that means u r falling into his trap. I know this is dumb, but u can pick incas to even out the bonus ( u will win ), or play solid walling + tower defense till u can reach castle age. Knights + Rams will clean up this stupid strategy.
