    Just found your channel and have enjoyed the tutorial. I have subscribed as I enjoyed it.
    I just wanted to mention for folks who struggle with having a large loop of the previous row’s yarn, just use a stitch marker or 🧷 to put through the loop and close. This prevents the stitches from becoming undone if you happen to catch the yarn and pull the loop shut. I find it especially helpful if I am making a large blanket as I do not need to worry it gets pulled out when going in and out of the bag or while I am working on it while watching tv, etc. I even do this if I have several WIP’s so it does not accidentally pull out any stitches. I hope this helps those who worry about the long hanging loop from the previous row. It has saved me a few times, especially when the kids are playing and accidentally get caught up in my yarn.
    Thanks again for sharing. Peace and love from an American living in Scotland. 🙏❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

    This is so much fun. Like weaving and crocheting at once.
    I learned the hard way to put a stitch marker instead of a big loop at the end of a row.
    I make mistakes. Lots. I love a pattern that allows me to find them fast and fix them.
    Thank you for sharing.

      @@SierrasCraftyCreations if you can find a short color changing yarn, it works great as the foreground diamonds. I did this recently too. I have just ordered some contrasting colors to see how it will look with 2 variegated skeins. I did it with a baby blanket years ago with another mosaic pattern and it really worked well, so hoping this will too.

    Great tutorial, and a wonderful pattern. Soon as I saw this, I had to make one - a baby blanket in chunky dark grey and royal blue - it looks great! Thank you!

    It looks like I might have to go down to a thinner yarn as I can't get the right shade of accent colour I want in our local shop, if so I'm going to have to used a slightly smaller hook and increase the number of chain I start off with. Am I correct in thinking that I will need to have multiples of 5 + 1 chains to start with?

      It's a Multiple of 10 plus 4 (which is what I used when I made this) but looks like she did multiple of 10 plus 5...

      @@Aleks25900 so I can also do the x10+5?

      @Aleks25900 10 дней назад

      @garapata5641 just do 2 rows as a sample. I think multiple of 10 plus five works since all her chain numbers end in 5
