I was working on something really special and it was supposed to come out today, but it's taking me longer than expected. Still, I hope you're excited for the reveal of a new character, this fella is the new protagonist for the project!
New characters will be revealed eventually, but this bud is the most important one.

this mod got me through one of the hardest times of my life: a hospitalization from severe pneumonia.
through all of the pain i had to feel to get through, hell, maybe even survive having a tube inserted into my body while i was half awake, the song "Armageddon" was playing through my head. it was the thing that drove me to keep going. to keep enjoying life.
this was on the 23rd of may.
seeing this masterpiece have a planned update release date a year after, i'm so glad this was the mod and person that helped me endure that 1 month hell.

Fun fact: the “we are controlling transmission” vocal likely comes from a song of the same name by a band SFX. The funny thing is, SFX is a precursor to a trance band called Astral Projection (as in the song from hotline lol)
Either this or saruky got the sample from somewhere else and this is just a really funny coincidence haha
Actually it was also used in another song of the same name in the killer instinct soundtrack. The pitch matches with the one from SFX though so idk
The sample used in both probably came from zero-g data file 3 which I’m pretty sure saruky has said she uses. So the connection with astral projection may just be a coincidence lmao

Happy Anniversary Hotline 024. Easily the best mod from FNF I ever played and still pretty hyped to know more about the lore involving Sunset Hills
Armageddon/Date at the end of the world was my favorite song in the medly update. So having something sound even the slightest bit similar is a huge win. Also those background visuals are amazingly beautiful, cant wait to see the culmination of all this time, passion and effort.
Oh my god Armageddon is my favorite song in the mod yes! From what I can tell it seems to be relatively unpopular but I love that song to bits.
