Top 4 for me would be: 1.) ESV Heirloom Heritage 2.) CSB Thinline Two tone 3.) NKJV MACLAREN series Large Print Thinline Reference 4.) CSB Life Counsel Bible
My favorite is the CSB Study Bible (not the Everyday Study Bible.) I keep going back to that one. Cross references, commentaries, color pictures, archaeological finds, maps throughout the text, double column, red letter. Not a journaling Bible, but enough room to jot down notes. It’s big as a boat anchor, but I love it.
So glad for NET recognition! I've routinely found that it handles translating difficult passages in the best way and then gives a great footnote to explain why!
My favorite Bible for about 5 years now has been my Schuyler Thinline Quentel in NAS95. I like how large the print is for how thin the Bible is. It is a perfect ratio for me. I don't know if I will ever switch to a different Bible as my "main" Bible. My father recently died and I was given the opportunity to pick what I wanted from his belongings. I picked his KJV Bible that he read all through my childhood and I ALSO received my grandfather's KJV Bible that was in my father's possession. That blew me out of the water. I was so surprised by that! Those Bibles mean the world to me.
That CSB has really blown me away. I absolutely love mine. I wish it wasn’t printed in China, but their choice to go with 33 gsm paper makes the block beat any current model Schuyler for me. 32 gsm and up only for me from now on, I hate how hard it is to turn the page on 28gsm. The fact that it’s less than half the price of a schuyler is also amazing and so it’s also an incredible value.
NKJV Single Column from Nelson is my favorite right now, but after seeing the wide margin from Nelson I may be buying that and getting it rebound! I wish they would bring it back!
My current favorite translations are ESV and CSB. After watching this I am interested in checking out the NET Full Notes Edition. That will be top of my list for next to purchase.

I don't have a top 5 list yet, but because of your channel my little pile of 6 cheaper bibles has turned into a bigger pile, 16, of multiple translations with my now preferred single column text block, still cheaper versions, but when i find my top five they will be off to the rebind shops. Looking forward to reading your book to help me find my FAV-5 :-) Thanks for doing what you do, it's definitely sparked my interest in reading different Bibles.

Love this list! I'm giving the CSB Everyday Study Bible to someone in the current Baptism class and I'm glad to see it listed here as a favorite. The NET Full Notes is awesome and stays on my desk. I need to get a physical copy of the Berean, right now I just go to their website to read it, but that's a translation I have truly come to enjoy and appreciate.

I sure hope this Schuyler NASB wide margin I just ordered will be my #1! I have been wanting one. Schuyler won with the rose gold Humble Lambs being sold out.
I’m currently using the Bible I was given in bootcamp. The military challenge bible it’s small and compact. At home my wife and I are using the chronological NLT bible.
Gave my life back to Jesus in October. Those that bear the cross and lead others to guidance are of great respect to me. Thank you for helping me find my Bible.

Right now my favorite is a Hosanna Revival large print CSB notetaking Bible . It’s been a great tool for recording my thoughts, as well as insights from the Spirit while I’m reading. I’d like to get one in a different translation for the next time I read through the Bible. The top one on my wishlist is the CSB Reader’s Bible set because the print size and paper quality will be excellent for my aging eyes.

Honourable mentions on my list would include a recently purchased ESV single column journalling Bible and an NKJV "Reader's" Bible. I also have an as yet seldom used full notes edition of the NET, not to be confused with the older NEB (which i first came aware of in the early 1970s). I also like the CSB.
My ESV LEGO verse by verse rebound by Lion and Lamb is my favorite. The paper is second to none. The Heritage is second- the Horween edition. Such a spectacular Bible. The Allan ESV NCR1 limited mahogany is my third.
Great list! And I entirely sympathize with your affection for the CSB. It's becoming my preferred translation for when I just want to read scripture with the NASB (both '95 and '20) being my translation for study. With that in mind, my favorites right now: 1. Allan R1 Reader '95 - Blown away at how nice it is. Truly stunning. 2. NASB Stridon - My go to for both Church and personal reading 3. CSB Personal Size in Saddle Brown - what I keep at work. 4. Lockman Prime Reference - Honestly, the perfect-sized Bible to me. It's hard to find, and the CSB personal size is the only other one I have seen close to it. Lockman's fonts are the only thing holding me back from rating it higher 5. CSB Handcrafted Single Column, wide margin - just an amazing Bible for desk reading in the morning/evening. P.S. Congratulations for all the attention on the videos. Wish you the very best for your work and really hope that people appreciate the heart with which you are approaching this site, and not just the bibliophile aspects. (I love books - so I have to check myself sometimes to make sure my affection for books isn't getting in the way of my respect for scripture.)
That ESV Heritage is on my list to purchase this year. Currently my top 5: 5-ESV Wide Margin in Genuine Leather 4-NKJV Sovereign Wide Margin in Leathersoft. 3-NLT Wide Margin in hardcover (leather-like over board). 2-ESV Personal Reference Bible in TruTone. 1-ESV Quentel in blue 🐐. Congratulations on your recent ordination and thanks for another year of great videos!
My favorite: ESV Heritage Heirloom. The cheap ones are fantastic too. I’ve given multiple of them away. But the heirloom paper is night and day better. If you’re looking for a premium ESV that will last forever, that’s the one.
I have only used the NET online but it definitely would be a good purchase for studying purposes…. I’m actually looking to purchase a Schuyler NIV this year for preaching as well. I still enjoy my ESV Crossway Wide 1 inch Margin Trutone Bible…. Thought about getting it rebound to some high quality leather because it is my favorite go to Bible.
Following Tim's recommendation, I purchased the Crossway ESV Bible (2024 #1 pick). I was curious and did a bit more research, reading excerpts and educating myself about Crossway's history. I am in full agreement with Tim's review, a lovely effort by Crossway. I am new to the single column format, it is a comfortable read (like a book). I have previously gone for the more expensive options (but no more than $150.00) as a lifetime investment. However, this version delivers and will be the one I carry with me each day in my work bag. The translation notes in the Preface really sold me, for the Translation Oversight Committee's honest and gracious intentions. Thank you Tim, for your always helpful advice.
I don't think I'm your target audience, based on most of the comments I'm seeing. But I'll chime in anyway because I enjoy the discussion. If I had to whittle down my ever-growing stack of Bibles, the two I wouldn't want to give up are my 1966 Jerusalem Bible, limited edition with a white hard leather cover; and my Didache Bible (RSV2CE). I like both translations for different reasons. I currently own the Didache Bible in hardback, but one of these days I want to replace it with the leatherbound.
The ESV Heritage is my favorite this year! 😊 I love that it's single column since I prefer single column for reading (but I'm fine with double columns for studying). I love that its chapter and verse numbers aren't obtrusive so it can almost be a reader's version or at least a hybrid. I love the beautiful font type and size. I love that the words per line and the spaces between lines make the reading experience feel very comfortable and breathable, not dense and crowded. I love that the paper looks even more opaque than its premium cousin the Heirloom Heritage (I own the Prussian blue Heirloom Heritage). And I love that it's quite affordable relative to its good quality ($35 when I ordered it). It's a wonderful Bible.
Schuyler NASB ‘95 Quentel black pearl calfskin, is my absolute favourite! Schuyler ESV PSQ Quentel British tan; Cambridge NKJV Topaz dark blue; Crossway ESV thin line Horween leather; Cambridge Cameo KJV brown calfskin. I love each one!
My Subjective Top Five Favorite Bibles: 5. NLT Notemaker's Bible (1996 NLT Text with wide margins and lines at the bottom) 4. NASB MacArthur Study Bible (Second Edition) 3. NET Bible (Full Notes Edition) 2. The Reformation Study Bible ESV 1. NASB Ryrie Study Bible (Blue Bonded Leather 1995 Edition)--not for the study notes, and not for the Dispensational perspective, but simply for the amazing outlines throughout the text. This is the best outlined Bible I have ever owned and it is my favorite. Moody updated the Bible and the text is smaller, the inline (gutter) margins not as wide, and the font has changed (and I don't like it). But the '95 Edition of Ryrie, with the '95 NASB, is my everyday and favorite Bible.
Enjoyed your top 5 and nice to see an NIV in there. I’ve a small collection - my favourite is my brown NIV1 and an honarable mention for my NIV Pitt Minion. Looking forward to the forthcoming NRSV from Allan and in the Diadem.
A little over a year ago I bought an ESV legacy in (what is now somewhat uncommon) dark brown goatskin from the facebook groups. I wanted to see if the odd style was for me or not. After a year of use and notetaking in the wide margins I have grown to adore this copy of God's word. I have broke it in like a well-used baseball glove and it is so floppy and beautiful. It constantly draws me to spend time with the Lord in it! Just gotta change out those dinky crossway ribbons!
1. ESV with Apocrypha from Anglican Liturgy Press. It’s affordable, it looks beautiful, and it includes the entire Apocrypha in a separate section. More for reading. 2. CSB Ancient Faith Study Bible by Holman. It feels like I’m having conversations with some of the earliest Christian authors-it reinforces the connections and continuity of our faith. Just two.
But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.
I spent 55 years in the KJV. Then 5 years in the NKJV. Right now I am nerding out in the ESV. We are truly blessed with near myriad options. 🎉 🙌 🙏🏼 🥳 ♥️
My wife asked me what I would like for my birthday in June, "an ESV Heritage" I said. She ordered it in Wellington! I never thought I would have such a Bible, it looks to have ticked all of the boxes for me and then some (premium). Understated, ESV, single column with no extras. Wow prefect! Thank you for your information Tim, keep up the good work.👍
Yea I don't love the NET translation but the notes are really good. Thanks for reminding me it's on my shelf.. kinda forgot about it. Will get it back in my study pile
Tim, have you noticed quality issues with ribbons on Bibles coming from publishers? I’ve bought from Holman, Crossway, and Thomas Nelson in the last year - extremely disappointed in the quality of the ribbons and binding. Often the ribbons are glued in crooked or with an edge folded. I’ve had to return or exchange a handful of Bibles in the last year because the quality was poor out of the box.
For me it's : 5.) ESV Interleaved Journaling Bible 4.) NKJV Premier Collection Thompson Chain 3.) NIV 36GSM Quentel 2.) Allan ESV SCR in Navy blue goat. 1.) Allan ESV NC1 (I've got a beautiful rebind from ICA in dark green PatNat and a wine colored lambskin liner, its sheer perfection)
My recent favorite is the NIV Side-Column Personal-Size Reference Bible. I actually found out about it through your videos. It was the one that was right for me! 😎
Nice choices. For me it would be: 1 humble lamb shepherd nkjv 2 caimbridge clarion niv 3 grace and truth premium study Bible 4 caimbridge pitt minion niv 5 esv PSQ
I definitely think the NET is useful, but one thing I do not like about it is the translators sound a little too scholarly at times. I've seen several notes that say something like, "The Hebrew does not make sense here, so we think it should be this similarly spelled word instead." Granted they usually justify it with an ancient translation or some other manuscript support, but the way they say "does not make sense" strikes me as a little disrespectful for a Christian textual critic. Textual criticism is needed because we have multiple manuscripts and we ultimately have to make choices between them, but we should be humble enough to consider that we might be making the wrong choice and not potentially say the Word of God does not make sense. We can miss HOW it makes sense. Just something I never hear people critique about the NET but is a glaring flaw to me.
This is a real problem for me so...My top five in no particular order are - English Standard Version wide margin large print; NET I will be getting the notes edition; NKJV Cultural Study Bible; NIV study bible;NLT Life Application Study Bible; The Christian Standard Version, the ESV wide margin large print is my daily go to bible that's the best I can do on a different day the list would shuffle
Nice choices! Mine are: 1) Holman single-column CSB personal, burgundy marbled calf; 2) Cambridge ESV-CE Cornerstone, black leather; 3) New Cambridge Para KJV w/Apocrypha, black calf leather; 4) Holman Ancient Faith Study CSB, black goatskin; and 5) Schuyler NLT Caxton, black goatskin.
My current top 5 include: 1. NIV Biblical Theology Study Bible 2. NRSV Cultural Backgrounds Study Bible 3. NIV Thinline (Passagio) 4. NLT Thinline Reference (Filament-enabled) 5. NASB Charles Stanley Life Principles Bible I don't have any premium bibles yet, but I'm looking at getting a Schuyler Stridon in NASB soon.! Can't wait to see the new leather options that'll come out later this year too.!
Hmm, top 5... #1 - Schuyler ESV Treveris I bought based on your review, I'm loving the single column format, it arrived at the beginning of this month and I've been challenging myself to read through it chronologically in less that 90 days right now, so far I'm on track. #2 - Cambridge Diadem ESV with Apocrypha (also bought based on your review) #3 - Crossway ESV study Bible in brown leather #4 - Tyndale NLT study Bible 2020 text I think (NLT 1996 was gifted to me years ago and that was the first Bible I really got into, prefer the ESV now, but still like the NLT on occasion and the notes in the study version) #5 - LSB single column, found this buried on a shelf at a Bible store, bought it on a whim, fell in love with single column uncluttered format because of it. Honorable mentions: my thinline crossway ESV 2011 text, which was my first Bible that I've read fully through multiple times, due to your recent video discussing AA leather I've sent that one off for a rebind after years of use. Also recently aquired a Holman CSB ancient faith study Bible, it has a bunch of commentary from early church leaders, it's my first copy of CSB in general and was most interested in it for the commentary, I've scanned through it and like it so far, but haven't read it enough to list in my top 5. I ordered my wife a copy of the Schuyler Stridon ESV based on your review of it, was on pre-order and finally shipped yesterday, I will present it to her tomorrow and hope that it becomes her number 1, a spot currently held by her personal sized ESV study Bible I got for her last year and is the first Bible she has really got into and I think I may have created a monster 😂 and will be adding more to our growing collection... Thank you so much for your videos! You have guided me well in my pursuit to find the right Bibles for us.
5. NIV premier collection single column reference personal size 4. Buffalo leather large print compact Esv 3. Omega black goatskin Esv 2. PSQ black goatskin Esv 1. Heritage black goatskin ESV
I will always have a fondness for the first Bible I got for first communion, The Good News Bible. I have also enjoyed the chronological Bible. Do you have any recommendations for a Catholic heirloom type Bible, that includes a place for birthdays, deaths, marriages? - one that’s not huge and clunky.
I'm not Tim, but I'd like to suggest checking out the St. Joseph Edition Bibles at Catholic Book Publishing Corp.'s website. It's their own New Catholic Bible translation, and they have lots and lots of options to pick from. The higher-end Bibles have all kinds of inserts, including family record sections. They do offer big, clunky Bibles, but also some decent-sized ones. Just poke around and you'll probably find something that fits what you're looking for.
My fingers are crossed that the Legacy Standard Bible take their translation notes published on master seminary and do something similar of the NET open note bible.
New subscriber here. My favorites are mostly based on what I’ve learned from you and the other two Tims. 😊 1. The New Cambridge Paragraph Bible (KJV), personal size, hardcover 2. NLT Illustrated Study Bible, hardcover 3. NKJV Thinline, Large Print Blue Letter Maclaren Series, Leathersoft 4. The C.S. Lewis Bible (NRSV), hardcover 5. What are your favourite large print (10.5-12 pt font) Bibles? I'd especially love recommendations for the ESV and the CSB. Bonus points for single column text and cross-references, but having a good line spacing and layout is the most important to me.
1. Schuyler KJV Treveris: I'm doing my '24 read through the Bible in the KJV. Great version for devotional reading. 2. KJV Cambridge Family Heritage: Splurged on this one. Also using it some for daily reading at night. 1st grandchild due in September, and itching to write her name in the family chronology portion!
The Logos Bible app. Does that count? I absolutely adore being able to make extensive notes and connect multiple scriptures together in these notes. That has revolutionized my Bible study like I could never have imagined. I didn't really need all that fancy commentary stuff, though I do use it on occasion. I do absolutely love seeing the original Greek and Hebrew definitions, too, but the simple notes feature is my favorite. And I'm very much a digital girl. I hardly touch my physical Bibles, but of those, I would have to say the ESV Archeology Bible would be my fave. Lots of fantastic pictures that Logos cannot even begin to touch, and the archeology commentary is nice, too, when they aren't calling Israel by the name of God's enemy, that is.
I'm not Christian, and for some reason I love watching Bible reviews 😅
Great place to start. Just wait until you read the Word of God!
If you need a copy, please comment and I will send one your way ❤
Great way to gain a lot of prayers! May God fill your life with peace and joy in such a way to show you His amazing love.
Odd!? Why are you interested in the Bible, then? Anyway, love to you!

4.) CSB Life Counsel Bible

Currently trying to decide on my VbV: Allan ESV SCR Purple, HHC Wide Margin Vbv Marbled Burgandy or Schuyler Stridon ESV Black Pearl (Deser Camel is sold out)
Honourable mentions on my list would include a recently purchased ESV single column journalling Bible and an NKJV "Reader's" Bible.
With that in mind, my favorites right now:
1. Allan R1 Reader '95 - Blown away at how nice it is. Truly stunning.
2. NASB Stridon - My go to for both Church and personal reading
3. CSB Personal Size in Saddle Brown - what I keep at work.
4. Lockman Prime Reference - Honestly, the perfect-sized Bible to me. It's hard to find, and the CSB personal size is the only other one I have seen close to it. Lockman's fonts are the only thing holding me back from rating it higher
Thank you kindly!
That ESV Heritage is on my list to purchase this year. Currently my top 5:
5-ESV Wide Margin in Genuine Leather
4-NKJV Sovereign Wide Margin in Leathersoft.
3-NLT Wide Margin in hardcover (leather-like over board).
2-ESV Personal Reference Bible in TruTone.
1-ESV Quentel in blue 🐐.
Congratulations on your recent ordination and thanks for another year of great videos!
Thanks!
Thanks for sharing!
1. ESV Heirloom Heritage (sending to AA leather for rebind in July)
2. ESV Topaz Black Goatskin
3. CSB Thinline
4. Zondervan NASB 95 Preacher’s Bible
5. ESV Thinline
The Trump Bible is #1
@@sarahann530Is there such a thing? 😂 Make America Biblical Again ❤ 🙏🏼
@duranbailiff5337 Trump sells the best bibles ,they are huuuge .
Using Trumps Bible to worship God will guarantee entry to heaven 🙏
Schuyler NASB ‘95 Quentel black pearl calfskin, is my absolute favourite!
Schuyler ESV PSQ Quentel British tan;
Cambridge NKJV Topaz dark blue;
Crossway ESV thin line Horween leather;
Cambridge Cameo KJV brown calfskin.
I love each one!
GREAT list!
Loving my verse-by-verse handcrafted CSB.
My Subjective Top Five Favorite Bibles:
5. NLT Notemaker's Bible (1996 NLT Text with wide margins and lines at the bottom)
4. NASB MacArthur Study Bible (Second Edition)
3. NET Bible (Full Notes Edition)
2. The Reformation Study Bible ESV
5. NIV Study Bible
4. ESV Study Bible
3. CSB HHC Single Column Personal Size
2. NET Full Notes
1. CSB Baker Illustrated Bible
Love it!
Enjoyed your top 5 and nice to see an NIV in there. I’ve a small collection - my favourite is my brown NIV1 and an honarable mention for my NIV Pitt Minion.
Looking forward to the forthcoming NRSV from Allan and in the Diadem.
1) Holman KJV Study Bible
2) Schuyler Treveris ESV
3) Schuyler Quentel NIV
4) Cambridge Wide-Margin (with Scofield notes)
5) Zondervan NASB, Preacher’s Bible
A little over a year ago I bought an ESV legacy in (what is now somewhat uncommon) dark brown goatskin from the facebook groups. I wanted to see if the odd style was for me or not. After a year of use and notetaking in the wide margins I have grown to adore this copy of God's word. I have broke it in like a well-used baseball glove and it is so floppy and beautiful. It constantly draws me to spend time with the Lord in it! Just gotta change out those dinky crossway ribbons!
Awesome! Love to hear this.
My favorite is Free on the Inside, Readers Edition. The Rhythm and harmonization of the words are Pleasant for the ears to hear.
I adore the NET full notes edition.
I have the premium black goatskin heritage and it’s so beautiful 😍
Just two.
My KJV Thompson Chain rebind by Leonard. and I just purchased a NKJV Single column wide margin. I hope to make this my favorite.
I recently got the csb single column marbled calfskin in slate grey and I absolutely adore it!
Nice...I bought at ESV paperback at a book sale and really liked that version.
But He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed.
I spent 55 years in the KJV. Then 5 years in the NKJV. Right now I am nerding out in the ESV. We are truly blessed with near myriad options. 🎉 🙌 🙏🏼 🥳 ♥️
I just put the NET full note bible in my Amazon basket. I love my She Speaks Truth CSB version in Poppy.
My top 3 would be:
1: LSB two column verse by verse in goatskin
2: NASB 95 wide margin by Zondervan
3: LSB handy size 5 solas in hardcover
My wife asked me what I would like for my birthday in June, "an ESV Heritage" I said. She ordered it in Wellington! I never thought I would have such a Bible, it looks to have ticked all of the boxes for me and then some (premium). Understated, ESV, single column with no extras. Wow prefect!
Thank you for your information Tim, keep up the good work.👍
ESV heritage in Wellington leather is my number 1. ESV Cambridge wide margin is my number 2.
For me it's :
5.) ESV Interleaved Journaling Bible
4.) NKJV Premier Collection Thompson Chain
3.) NIV 36GSM Quentel
2.) Allan ESV SCR in Navy blue goat.
1.) Allan ESV NC1 (I've got a beautiful rebind from ICA in dark green PatNat and a wine colored lambskin liner, its sheer perfection)
Nice list!
My recent favorite is the NIV Side-Column Personal-Size Reference Bible. I actually found out about it through your videos. It was the one that was right for me! 😎
#5 NIV Pitt Minion, #4 NASB Large Print Compact, #3 ESV Thinline, #2 Schyler PSQ NIV, #1 KJV Concord. Great video!

I'd love a CSB Stridon but the folks at EB have told me they don't have plans for one at the moment. 😢
😢😢
I appreciate your channel brother
So nice of you!
1. Cambridge turquoise KJV split calfskin.
2. ESV heritage burgundy tru-tone.
3. NASB95 giant print reference leathertex.
4. Personal size large print KJV and NKJV reference leather-soft
5. HCSB Airman’s Bible from Holman..
I love annual traditions.🎉🎉🎉
Me too!!
I want a Schuyler ESV and KJV so badly. They are simply beautiful.
My Top 5
1. KJV Westminster Bible & Fire Bible
2. NKJV Woman’s Study Bible
3. 1977 NASB
4. NLT Illustrated Study Bible
5. Amplified Bible
Nice!
Thanks for sharing!
My current top 5 include:
1. NIV Biblical Theology Study Bible
2. NRSV Cultural Backgrounds Study Bible
3. NIV Thinline (Passagio)
4. NLT Thinline Reference (Filament-enabled)
5. NASB Charles Stanley Life Principles Bible
I don't have any premium bibles yet, but I'm looking at getting a Schuyler Stridon in NASB soon.! Can't wait to see the new leather options that'll come out later this year too.!
Ezekiel 23:20. Hallelujah amen!
Hmm, top 5...
#1 - Schuyler ESV Treveris I bought based on your review, I'm loving the single column format, it arrived at the beginning of this month and I've been challenging myself to read through it chronologically in less that 90 days right now, so far I'm on track.
#2 - Cambridge Diadem ESV with Apocrypha (also bought based on your review)
#3 - Crossway ESV study Bible in brown leather
#4 - Tyndale NLT study Bible 2020 text I think (NLT 1996 was gifted to me years ago and that was the first Bible I really got into, prefer the ESV now, but still like the NLT on occasion and the notes in the study version)
#5 - LSB single column, found this buried on a shelf at a Bible store, bought it on a whim, fell in love with single column uncluttered format because of it.
Honorable mentions:
my thinline crossway ESV 2011 text, which was my first Bible that I've read fully through multiple times, due to your recent video discussing AA leather I've sent that one off for a rebind after years of use.
Awesome. Thanks for sharing!
Great video as always Tim. Thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it!
5. NIV premier collection single column reference personal size
4. Buffalo leather large print compact Esv
3. Omega black goatskin Esv
2. PSQ black goatskin Esv
1. The New Cambridge Paragraph Bible (KJV), personal size, hardcover
2. NLT Illustrated Study Bible, hardcover
3. NKJV Thinline, Large Print Blue Letter Maclaren Series, Leathersoft
4. The C.S. Lewis Bible (NRSV), hardcover
5. CSB Legacy Single Column Wide Margin Notetaking Bible, LeatherTouch
Welcome… and great list!
1. Longprimer KjV navy blue speckel Allen
2 NLT Caxton sunfire Schuyler
3ESV study bible Calfskin tuscany
4KJV cambidge family chronicle vloth over board
NJV blue bible
I discovered the NET bible a few months ago. I had a place for it on the shelf but it’s never there because it’s always on my desk right at hand.
1. Humble Lamb NKJV Shepherd Sahara Blue w/ blue art gilt
2. NIV side column personal size reference blue goatskin
3. NKJV Maclaren Thinline
4. NKJV single column wide margin(best layout imo)
5. NKJV vbv center column gray w/blue art gilt
The Humble Lamb KJV Lion in pink is my favorite because it's hard to find a girly premium Bible, and, um, I'm a girl, so....
What are your favourite large print (10.5-12 pt font) Bibles? I'd especially love recommendations for the ESV and the CSB. Bonus points for single column text and cross-references, but having a good line spacing and layout is the most important to me.
The Quentels by Schuyler are great. I also really love the CSB VbV by Holman.
I love that ESV Heritage Bible from Crossway.
1. Cambridge KJV with apocrypha Cameo (black calfskin)
2. TBS KJV Royal Ruby with Metrical Psalms (black hardback)
3. British Bible Society NKJV (burgandy hardback)
4. Baronius Press Douay-Rheims (burgandy bonded leather - pocket sized)
5. Orthodox Study Bible (burgandy hardback)
That desert camel calfskin is gorgeous
Yaaaaassss!!!
Great list, great video!
My top 5 would be...
1. Allan ESV SCR
2. Schuyler ESV Stridon
3. Crossway ESV Alpha
4. LSB ICR
5. Crossway ESV Heritage
1. NASB '95 Ryrie study
2. Cambridge Clarion
3. NLT compact zipper
4. Thinline KJV Thomas Nelson
Congratulations on yr ordination
Thank you!
