Tell yourself, "that's fascinating!" even if you not feeling it. It's an internal state of mind and as such, easily fooled. How fascinating!

Having depression is strange when you are naturally a happy person. I love and enjoy my life, but that funk sometimes hits me and I don't always realize it. Self care is super important, eat healthy (beets help fight depression) exercise at least 30 minutes a day, and if you get seasonal depression, invest in a sun lamp. I've been taking Floraspring and it helps boost my mood and give me more energy to do things. I understand that some people need antidepressants to help manage their depression, but I gotta say I tried several different kinds and it just made things worse. A good start is to seek a therapist and eat healthier 👍
Alux, my life is not boring, but I am depressed. I'm taking all legal steps against the unlawful turning down of charges after my brother sprayed pepper spray in my face and broke my nose (the police aren't doing their job). It's depressing to sue your relative but you have to do it if you want it to end. Doing all I can to keep myself together and keep bringing value to the children I teach
I have friends who are always depressed, exhausted and in a funk. Getting them to go out for dinner is like pulling teeth. But when we do they have a great time and are glad they went out. But they never make the connection that they're so depressed and tired because they sit isolated on their homes and never get out.

Sure, there are high-times & low-times; I spent some time in jail on the other side of the world, but also stayed in million/night hotel rooms. Times I skipped a meal or two and times I ate till I was STUFFED for free!! There's always safety in security, but that's boring. I haven't even plugged in my TV in over a DECADE! I try to meet new people. What I've learned is with new people you'll have new experiences. Often I'll learn something new I might like or experience something new with them. Like being invited to a party their other friend or family members may be having. I learned this from experience.

My life is maybe 20% boring I do have things I do work (I do IT) Freemasons and I am the website administrator for my church but yeah I can’t seem to get my book on being an Introvert and dark poems and other weird things I’m into.
