    1.Depression is mental health condition that affects millions of people worldwide. It can cause feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and despair, making it difficult for individuals to enjoy life and engage in daily activities Trust and believe that you can overcome depression and live a fulfilling and meaningful life. Matter Fact we are gonna defeat it together! I want you to know that you are not alone in your struggle, By taking the necessary steps to address your depression, you can regain control of your mental health and experience a brighter future ahead. Two things that are greatly over looked are Exercising and Self help books.
    2.When you Exercise it will improve self-esteem, increase feelings of self-worth, and provide a sense of accomplishment. Also when we exercise, our bodies release endorphins, which are neurotransmitters that act as natural painkillers and mood elevators. These endorphins help to reduce feelings of stress and anxiety and can create a sense of euphoria commonly referred to as the "runner's high." This natural mood boost will definitely defeat common depression feelings of sadness and hopelessness.
    3.Now “Self-help books provide insights and strategies for managing and overcoming depression”. They give you guidance on how to challenge and defeat negative thought patterns, build resilience, and cultivate a positive mindset. By reading self-help books, you can gain a better understanding of your condition and learn practical tools to cope with your symptoms.
    I want you to Remember, you are not alone, and there is always hope for a brighter tomorrow. We will Keep moving forward in life by experiencing things together as a unit.
    4.So next time you're feeling down, lace up your sneakers go for a walk or a run, grab a book and Your mind and body and soul
