I AM LUKE. Low single figure with same max clubhead speed, same ball speed, and pretty much same swing as Luke. People tell me it looks like Im just feathering it out there when I feel like I'm swinging out of my shoes. Slow twitch. I can play golf in Stan Smiths or basic tennis shoes because I don't utilize the ground. This is good to see - thanks for posting.

Glad I found this video, thank you to the algorithm.. at 58, I am on the journey to get back to where I was in my 20's swing speed wise.. I realized from this video, my left leg needs more strength to pop off long drives. You can see Micah has that spring in his legs. At 5'9", I was able to dunk a tennis ball, and now I am lucky to hit the net.. That changes today.. Great to see Luke ramping it up, that was really cool.. Let's go!!!

Great video, just a little clarification, due to how Foresight & Trackman measure swing speed, the max smash factor is different. Foresight max smash factor is 1.45 while Trackman is 1.50. You might occasionally see 1.46 or 1.51 but they are good rules to go by. This is also why foresight swing speed will be higher than trackman. Usually the difference between them is 2-3mph which foresight reading higher. Keep this in mind when hitting on both machines.

here is the secret sukkas, listen up. you have to slap the ball with the palm of your right hand and/or the back of your left hand, whatever works for you to get the proper hand movement, THE TRICK IS WHAT MICAH SAID, you have to do this early in the down swing. you slap the ball with the palm of the right hand, at the end of the swing your right palm and back of left hand faces towards you. you must do this motion early in the downswing. you do it early, and fast and you use your body as a post. it will feel like your body moves backwards while the hands and arms move forward and down the line.

look at the hands of professional golfers at the completion of the swing. you will see the back of the left wrist facing the golfer. you will see the palm side of the right hand facing the golfer. but, you got to start it very early on the downswing. take the club back and to start the downswing you quickly, fastly, with great speed ,,,,,flex the right palm to the right wrist. a right handed palmer flexion. @@danmyers9372

thanks for all you do. watching tour putting is difficult at times. especially when pros stand and look at a 25 ft putt they have missed, or look at their caddie as if its their fault. drives me nuts. ya missed it. go up and mark the ball or carefully tap it in. But to stand there?? it just slows down an already slow round, and its an antic. with respect, i wish the tour would counsel players who do this.
