You will likely not get any detailed response since you did not ah nit it by yourself. You will likely fail to answer key security questions that may be asked of you. If you also contact an MP, you must provide some key information about your file, something you may not have as you don't have the login details

You’ll still get the visa if its multiple entry. How ever you need to have a reason when ever you are entering Canada. And it should be reasonable to the immigration officers. Such as another conference

What happens if you havent receive visa for a conference but the conference date has ended
You’ll still get the visa if its multiple entry.
