Just interested in some of the things you said in the video. While I agree that Samsung's video quality is slightly behind Apple's, how are the price points comparable? And isn't the S23 Ultra slightly better in battery life as well as DEFINITELY better in charging times than the 15, as it's a 45W capable phone? Also, most importantly, how can the iPhone design look more premium when it hasn't changed, almost at all, from the iPhone 11 and this is the first time that Samsung has EVER repeated a design but you said it's "getting stale"?

I have a galaxy s23 ultra and this Phone is amazing. Display is awesome, performances top, and all the games runs at maximum quality without even heating after hours of playing
And still not better than the iPhone 15 Pro max

Currently using the iPhone 14 pro Max. I don’t feel like this OS is for me. Way too many limitations. I’m not even talking about customization. Thinking about upgrading to Samsung galaxy s24 ultra year.

nobody that bought an S23U will admit the iPhone 15 is better and nobody that bought an iPhone 15 will admit the S23U is better, we like to feel good about our choices, just human nature
The s23 ultra is way better and with features like the programmable side key and gaming ,samsung has been able to do those things for years as well as USB C. I have the s23 ultra and it's the best phone ive ever used. Also the s23 ultra has dynamic island, multi tasking , s pen capabilities and emulators w with more games, and 10 x zoom with full clarity etc. However, I just used the 15 pro max today and the camera is impressive and it's very light but still my s23 ultra is more fun to use and also more capabilities and just wait until the z fold 6 ultra is released next year. I was playing Mario Odyssey and Nintendo games which the iPhone simply can't do....
Also with the iphone It can't really multi task, in screen fingerprint scanner, superior thermal management, use copy and paste clipboard, run emulators for old school games and new games , use s pen stylus functionality with gestures , download anything from anywhere at anytime, use smart view projection nor anything like DEX projection , wireless powershare which comes in handy when you forget charger , similar charging speeds. Also on ios 17 reaching the control center is harder then my old iPhone 6s and you can't really customize the navigation method to shapes like samsung which isn't necessarily for me . For me I'm a samsung guy but I'll say this iphone 15 pro I give the camera clarity props after testing it but Samsung once I experienced those features I can't live without them

@@morm2173 Exactly, having the spen on my s23 ultra has been nice. I have been doodling with penup and using it to study for my math class.

Its better for me... after having all those features (I still own my S21 Ultra with a S Pen) I find the iPhone 15 ProMax still beter and of all those features even my GBA games I truly only miss the universal back button and thats it...
Having apps just working a lot better on iOS was a game changer for me and im not talking about big apps, im talking about twitter, facebook, whatsapp, my starbucks app not crashing 6 times out of 10 everytime I tried to add a card or add money, having the possibility to add a digital suica card for my next travel to Japan now that you can no longer get one.
its nice to have my edge panels but I dont miss them, its nice to have a stylus for quick notes but I dont miss it, its nice to have multitasking but again I dont miss that either...maybe the close all apps but I dont do that on my iPhone because I dont need to do it.

It interesting he references that the titanium frame Is stronger. Titanium Is stronger with tensile strength but softer than steel so the moment you drop that phone or rub it the wrong way it will scratch really easy or leave a lot more than dings dents etc.
True. Especially with it's soft PVD coating. This is either lazy design or blatant cost cutting.
Lets be honest, like machine Samsung 23 ultra is just unbeateble.. Iphone 15 pro max is a nice phone, but Iphone is just a Phone.. Ultra is almost unlimited possibilites machine..

Iphone always requires two hand operation despite its a smaller phone. Its so hard to navigate around compared to Samsung
Iphone 15 is trash straight up lol overheats and lags battery drains fast and my sis own a 15 pro max her phone wont even turn back on cuz it overheated so bad lol she went to s23 ultra she loves the ultra never go back to iphone and i love my s23 ultra it never overheats or lags on me! Love the display on my s23 ultra
It doesnt overheat anymore with the new update and its battery life is better now. Also its been tested iphone 15 pro max has better battery life too lol

Great content. Please stop calling the frame titanium. It's only 10% titanium. It's actually titanium infused with aluminum. You can use dex wireless. Pro15 max can't multitask, as for action button, you can only do one thing with the action button. With s23 ultra, you can single, double, or triple tap the power button, to turn on flash light, tap twice to open the phone, tap 3 times, to go to any app you want. Like RUclips. As for battery my s23 ultra is getting 9 to 11 on screen time.

i Use s23 ultra from a month and half, and i can say it's incredible device, very fun to use in the beginning but then.. a phone is just a phone, and i miss iPhone. I realized i don't use multitasking, i don't need that much zoom, and the customisation is overwhelming. :D

Because you as a tech reviewer should be stating facts and not misinformation about the products you are reciewing. The fact is the iPhone looks like a midrange phone next to the s23 ultra. The iPhone literally has one of the biggest, if not the biggest, notch on a phone today. The curved edges on the s23 make it look as if there's no bezels on the sides. Unlike the iPhone, it has thick bezels all around. The iPhone camera arrangement just looks trash and messy in comparison to the s23 ultra and the fact that an s-pen comes out if it adds to the premiumness of the phone. I mean, it shouldn't even be a debate. It just annoys me when facts are not presented.

There genuinely isn't. Both shoot FANTASTIC video. Samsung has come on leaps and bounds here. Apple only pulls away in the low light noise control category where it is world leading. Samsung shoots better Ultra-wide and zoomed in video, and it's 8K video has detail capture that Apple cannot match with it's (excellent) 4K video.

Well more than one... Features... Especially multitasking and split screen, and edge. Battery.. It lasts forever and directly charges. Ecosystem... Buds pro, watch and Dex and durability.. It is tough. Compared to my 12 pro that I used to use

A comparison from an apple fanboy it seems. How can you even say both have beautiful design? Iphone design is the same for the past million years and S23 ultra has more premium feel so you got that wrong. Again Samsung has better display.
I am hoping soon sometime, 1 person will do a proper comparison between Siri shortcuts and Bixby Routines along with the Routines plus and Registar Good Lock Modules once 1UI 6 has officially become stable. Why no RUclipsr has attempted this in 2023, is beyond confusing!

They're never going to show all details no phone can compete with the ultra. People love Apple too much hence using old features, they're appreciated then, before then it's a hassle. Several examples from mostly every influencer but we respect em just want them to know what they're missing but if it isn't Apple they don't care until they all care at the same time, gotta respect it, But I'll keep using the best, most convenient, cutting edge, super advanced device until forever, right now samsung has that.

@@TheMrreese24I think it’s because the general public don’t use either of these devices to their full potential so it basically comes down to preference. The Samsung may be leading in cutting edge technology, but if all most people care about is it’s functional for texting, basic gaming, phone or video calls and the camera, then that’s why a lot of people still use iPhones. Apple knows this hence why they waited to finally introduce usb c. Yeah it’s been out for a while and only people who also owned MacBooks and iPads were really using it…it wasn’t until now that usb c is mainstream on almost any new device that uses a charge cord is where they knew it was time to do so. Gotta look at it from a company’s perspective and not the minority of people who want the best tech or innovation.

I get preference, the comment was for clarity, we continue to ask why, the people are why, Apple makes great products but it's the people who has taken this company and catapulted them, so the loyalty is real, it has very small to do with the device, there's several to choose from, and the proof is, if something is better or even a better value, it doesn't matter. After the issue was fixed, haters started a new problem that only reduced the performance 😀 what a joke, the test shows that performance even improved more after updating to iOS 17.0.3

Battery is still sub- par in my opinion, but it is what it is. I always have my s23 Ultra with me so I'm not too concerned about battery life.

I have both, kinda. I have the 15 plus and S23 ultra. Tbh I love to cameras and usability of the S23 ultra but with iOS it feels like homs. I grew up on iOS ever since the 3GS, so i am a long time iPhone user. I dont know, tbh both are wonderful devices and whatever anyone goes with I think they will be very happy!

Hi there and great video ! You really helped me clear things out cause you know i ve seen a lot of reviews etc cause i m looking for a new phone, and i m torn between those two! I don't know I ve always been a samsung user but i am kinda sick of the fact that they dont support their devices and gives them major updates no longer than 2 years. I would love a different perspective like Apple's but i don't know, i think s23U is more stable as a device, while 15PM has done medium to well, but it is too early to be certain. EVERY s23U seems more than satisfied while i cant say the same with iphone 15PM due to the numerous complaints.. WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?

I don't know if anything has changed the last 3 years but I haven't get any major updates at least 2 or 3 years. I don't know about the ultras and the support they may have

That includes every Galaxy line: Galaxy S, Note, Z, A, XCover, and Tab, for a total of over 130 models. Meanwhile, some flagship devices like the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S22, Galaxy Z Fold 5, and others are scheduled to get five years of security updates.

The S23 Ultra is the safer and more flexible and versatile choice, but what operating system do you prefer?. If it's iOS only consider the 15PM once is serious thermal and throttling and rattling speakers issues etc. have been sorted. It's flimsy design is another point. It needs a case from day one and gentle handling. On the other hand, the S23 Ultra has strong and premium build quality
@@neilmcguinness4422 there aren't unanimously proven issues with rattling speakers. I ve seen people in my country taking the 15PM and have no issue with overheating. They might be hotter that others but not too hot to hold or something. With a case it is barely even noticeable. In my Samsung after 15 minutes of playing it gets pretty hot. It is kinda normal. But I don't consider myself a gamer I only use my phone for social media camera and a couple things more. I might consider the s23u more but 15PM and its portraits in my view is waaay better
