How many can you stack? I saw 9 I think in this video, is that right? I would love to grow 9 tiers as that would save me a lot of room to grow more stuff.
g'day, we use coco/perlite as the growing medium. This is a wick. It wicks to all areas within the tower.... www.mrstacky.com.au/3-diy-tower-garden-kits/
G'day, yes you can grow basically anything using this method (incl tubours like Carrott, beetroot, potatoes). Carrots love coco coir as it's a loomy medium. Go here to see a bunch of pics and videos showing various crops www.mrstacky.com.au/check-out-the-results/
I have two 9 tiered stacks. I didn't run the water to them but I think I should. I purchased them on Amazon. I've only grown different lettuces, herbs, strawberries, in them. These are all smaller plants but I'd like to try his process.
at 5:15 of the video it says to set the time to when the water starts to drip. Did you drill holes at the ends of the pots? What brand of timer did you use?

Mr Stavky how do you get the second stackable planter from the top irrigated? it seems that the water flows from the top one to the third one.

I always see this advertised with strawberries, have you had success growing other food crops with it like carrots or are those too tight of a fit?

I am growing a watermelon in one.
If I want the same as this minus the drip system (9 tiers high of the large tubs) what do I order? Should I just call up and order on phone?

Anything with a short interval will do. (ie 1 min)....
By this system, will I cultivate couliflowers?
Brocoli and cauliflower need a alot of room to grow properly. They'd grow fine, but probably not the best option in a tower garden....
