I am just blown away as to how Graeme is able to know exactly what is in declarer's hand! I've been playing bridge for about a year and I have a hard enough time just keep track of trump. There is no way that I could possibly figure out exactly to the card what declarer has. I know that will hopefully come with practice but it sure is impressive. I guess that's what you have to be able to do in order to play bridge properly. No wonder they call bridge a thinking game. You sure proved it Graeme!! Good job.
No kidding! It's pretty much every hand we play together, he'll say something off the cuff and I feel a little part of my brain explode. Thanks for commenting, Morris. Let's keep learning together. - B

I have been playing for two years, but have given up even hoping I could work out what the opponents have! Maybe I should have begun 50 years ago! 🤣
Great lesson. Love the beard Bajir
You're too kind, Maryann. I think the jury is still out. :) - B
10 tricks easy on a club lead. Win lead with 9 and return a club. 3C, 5D, and 2H. The "secret" is finding the correct opponent.
What great acting: Is this up for the oscar winners next year ?. GREAT FUN.. Ho Ho. Merry Bridgemas. :)
Merry Bridgemas! How should I refer to you? I can't figure out how to type your name. :) - B
@@LearnBridgeOnline Pi-San :) [ N.B. The 2 Pi symbols, hm! and a hidden one in the torii ] .
I guess it is bad play on part of East. 9 tricks are assured on any lead. 5 in D, 2 in H and 2 in C. Isn't it?
A good question and good thinking Kamal. Over at SBC, it might be insightful to try playing the hand from East's seat to see how you can do.
clever boys
Ha! Bless you, Jo. Well, at least one of us boys is clever. (And it ain't me). - B
