      Hello Iris. I am so glad to hear that your soaps have reach you safely :-) I do like to add in a little note, especially when I know the soaps are going to people who have supported us on here as I like everyone to know how much their orders mean to us :-) I hope you enjoy our upcoming videos, we have already filmed a few for the weeks ahead and hopefully there are some good ones in the mix! :-) x

      Thank you so much :-) Yes, I love experimenting and mixing the colours up to see what can be achieved. I find it so satisfying to be able to create different shades by adjusting the ratios of the colours and seeing what happens!

    You did a great job of your first time piping. I've gotten to the end of a few soap loaves and been really happy till I look sideways and the Fragrance oil is still sitting in front of me.

    • @TheSussexHandmadeSoapCompany
      @TheSussexHandmadeSoapCompany  3 года назад

      Haha, glad I am not the only one to do that Tanya! One piece of advice I was given was to put the fragrance oil bottle in the soap mold so that you can't pour the soap without first removing the bottle, that way if you have forgotten the fragrance it will remind you. Obviously I wasn't following that tip on this occasion though!

    Hi there :) I have just recently discovered your channel and I absolutely love it!
    I'm new to soap making and mainly interested in natural colourants. Your green turned out amazing and I just wanted to ask whether the colour changed a lot during the curing process or whether it stayed this beautiful green?

    • @TheSussexHandmadeSoapCompany
      @TheSussexHandmadeSoapCompany  3 года назад

      Hi Delia and welcome to our channel :-) It was a little strange really. Most of the green stayed as it is shown in the video, but a couple of the darker greens where we had added more Indigo actually took on a much more blue colour, so if you do wish to try and create green like this I would recommend using less indigo if possible!
