Fantastic shooting brother. You still got it. That's a tiny spinner and not many shooters can hit it 10 out of 20, thats pretty dang awesome. Loved it brother.. Great video 👊
Really ??? Wow. You don't need to do anything more than that. More practice and you would hit the target 1 time then pass the other 19 through the same hole . Lol
Mark- thank you. I have implemented your process and even a lot of your style- anchor points and draw style. When I decided to really make an effort to be consistently accurate, I changed my random shooting style and honed my form. I tried TTF and OTT. I bought new slingshots and narrowed it down to the scout LT OTT. I appreciate the accuracy videos/tutorials.
I have found that by thinking through the process and where my body is and if I hit were I was aiming - what was I doing right or wrong. Then try to duplicate the right and correct the wrongs. My biggest learning is my head placement and such a small change in my anchor. I was anchoring under my cheek bone but I find the sitting my thumb actually on my cheek bone made such a big difference. Thinking through each step has slowed me down
Great video brother! Enjoy watching you, having problems myself shooting OTT after having been only TTF for 2 months now. Keep it up man, great shooting!
10 / 20 is good shooting on a 25mm flipper from 33ft 👍🏻 Great advice Bro. You got to take a breather if you start putting pressure on yourself.. it takes the fun out of it 🙂 IMO of course. I've got 140mm x 140mm black metal catch box with a 25mm yellow spinner in it. (The air rifle type) at the bottom of my garden (yard) I can barely see it, the yellow spinner helps as long as its a bright day. ... To get to the point in bad weather I shoot at it from my back door, just over 100ft away. Most of my hits (I can hear the metal box rather than the wooden fence) are from my first shot?? When I'm just warming up? If I don't hit it within my first 3-5 shots. I could waste a bucket of ammo trying to hit it. 🙄 Great vid Mark. Be well, stay free 👍🏻
You are right. I do need to chill a little but I am fully aware there are good days and bad days. I am struggling with an inconsistent anchor point. This is what happened with those shots. Just a little frustrating. Sounds like you have a lot of room to shoot. I bet that is lots of fun. I would love to shoot from 100feet. That would be great fun.
Great tips man. My biggest problem even after 2 years, is a flinch right before I release, I try to let it leave my phalanges with a surprise but it's difficult for some reason, like as if I was shooting a large caliber firearm waiting for the recoil it's ridiculous lol.
Ya that used to happen to me too. I started to take a breath and slowly release my breath. It gave me another thing to concentrate on besides the release. Give it a try it might help. If I twitched I aborted the shot and reset.
awesome sauce!!! great tips and great shooting. I noticed twice, you said "sorry guys" when you cut in video. Stop it. You've nothing to be sorry for. Every time I see your videos, I turn around and put 10 shots in my catch box, just to keep practicing. thanks for the inspiration.
Hey Mark, you mentioned getting practiced up and entering a tournament. Does that even exist in Canada? I'm in eastern Ontario. Never heard of such a thing in the area. Are there clubs, leagues, tournaments etc that you know of?
I would compete. The "shoots" in the UK or the tourneys in China or Spain look like a lot of fun. Although even if we got all the shooters in area, it might still just be two of us :)
I don't like the idea of shooting Steel balls into the environment at random. So I tried PGN Bearing Co clay Balls from Amazon. 3000 for $20. They shot well out to about 20 yds then got erratic veering off(or so I thought). So I reluctantly went back to 1/4 inch steel. I now shoot Simpleshot 5/16 black bandsets. .5mm with their "small ammo" stiffer pouches. Today Shooting a loose can out to 25+ yds I started missing a lot. I decided to shoot some clay. I shot better with the clay. It is actually really accurate at least with this setup. You could do the community a favor by doing a video on quality clay as ammo. I feel there is no penalty for killing an offensive leaf or dandelion or pine cone, or runaway pop can. (ADVENTURE PLINKING) with high quality biodegradable clay.
Where I live clay options are bad quality and expensive. Same price as steel and anywhere from 7mm-11mm diameter. If I can get my hands on some good clays ill do a video......I've just been dissappointed so many times
great video Mark, I wish I had more time to shoot, but I work 12-13 hr days every day, then the weekend is chores time, so any free time I have is dedicated to building, not shooting, but I do enjoy taking a few shots here and there, but have nowhere close to this consistency / accuracy, understandably.
It is kind of hard for me to find time to shoot too. I set up a catch box on the fence so I can shoot while cooking dinner on the BBQ. If I can get one good shooting session like this done a week its good. The rest will be cooking time at a 40mm flipper. I will post the video of the catch box build soon.

Thanks dude.
Fantastic shooting 👏👏, great looking frame in g10. This type of videos seeing you go through your shot sequence really help thanks. 👊
Oh buddy I liked it so much I am getting another custom made. Lol
Awesome shooting brother!!! Great job! That’s one tiny spinner!!!! I will use this vid to help me practice!
Go for is man. I have a play list called quick tips that has lots of good information in it that can help you out.
@@ATOMark awesome!!
Now I know, why You all other shooters are so good.
You guys really practice.
I shoot weekends only and usually only Saturdays.
Really ??? Wow. You don't need to do anything more than that. More practice and you would hit the target 1 time then pass the other 19 through the same hole . Lol
@@ATOMark I wish I would have time practice. My shootings are based on luck more than skills 😂
Lol ya right

How is the process working out for you man? Are you seeing any improvements?

Great video mark and great shooting can’t beat a good can shooting session 👍🏻
Lol nope. There is something so satisfying about a can screaming for its life. Lol
Amazing given the fact there are cars and lorries in your sightline. A canny video. Cheers.
Thanks Mark
Great video brother! Enjoy watching you, having problems myself shooting OTT after having been only TTF for 2 months now. Keep it up man, great shooting!
There may be an anchor change because the bands will be further from your body.
Great shooting. You sure make it look easy. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks man.
Another awesome video Mark. Gonna have to message Andri for one of those frames man. Love that one
It is fantastic. I am ordering another. Lol his contact is in the description.
@@ATOMark I’ve bought 2 or 3 off of Andri in the past such a pleasure to deal with. His work is top notch

Another fun target are Mason jar lids. You get a box of them for a few bucks and they make that satisfying tink sound.
Oh great Idea. I will look into those.
Great video as usual.
Thanks buddy
nice, you On the good direction.
Thanks Manny
Nice job!
Thanks man
Can killer💪🏻
Yes sir
How fast are those bands shooting 8mm? Im playing around with different tapers and sizes trying to get fast speeds for 8mm
They go around 306fps in 10 degrees + and about 285 in the 3 degrees I was shooting in this day
Hi friend good video I want to ask you what Slingshot have the fastest power what band you tried. Thank you
Fastest bands I have tested are snipersling .5 black. By far!
That's a beautiful frame, where can I buy one buddy?
Just shoot Andri a message on Facebook or Instagram. I will put his contact in the description.
Cheers mate.
Mark, nice shooting and info! Where did you get your magnet?
Snipersling. I love it. I have 3 different ones but this is my favorite.

Lol ok I will try my best.
Think the "Sorry guys" is a Canadian thing.
Hey Mark, you mentioned getting practiced up and entering a tournament. Does that even exist in Canada? I'm in eastern Ontario. Never heard of such a thing in the area. Are there clubs, leagues, tournaments etc that you know of?
I have never heard of anything. We should try and arrange something one day. May be fun.
I would compete. The "shoots" in the UK or the tourneys in China or Spain look like a lot of fun. Although even if we got all the shooters in area, it might still just be two of us :)
I might know a third that would be in. Still it would be nice to shoot with somebody else and have a beer.
The beer is good thinking. Winners cut the most cans and losers get to pay for them! 🤣

l lose my concentration too and forget my ancher point
It is tuff to stay sharp for many consecutive shots. Those little breaks really help.
