Do these cheaper lights work well with the wmx1 can you fo a video on that if you haven't I'm new to this channel and I want to get into lighting shows . I love these cheap light videos
@TripleR6664 I no longer have the wmx1. I don't see why you wouldn't be able to set it up in a way to take advantage of most of its capabilities. Might take a little extra work.

I scooped up 2 of em. I don't use dmx. Since they come with power con, can I plug one into the other to use one as a master or do I need to get a dmx cable?
Hey Chris. I'm actually a musician (drums, guitar and bass) that has a jam room in my house. I know very little about DMX and I want to use this more as a strobe than a wash. It's confusing to use as a beginner with DMX. I can't get it to do anything with my controller. There is no W on my menu, there are 3 lines, looks like an E without the long line. Frustrating. I was going to buy a 2nd one but I cant figure out the math hyrogrifics in the "manual".....I wish they could make it easier to understand. Its way to bright to use in my small room and I cant control it.

I just saw these at a outdoor concert I was helping and they were brighter than I thought! btw loy krathong concert.

When in sound reactive mode, can you set it to display only the colors you want? Or do the colors just react random?

Yes.. sorry. Just random. I have not seen any fixtures that you could do that on the unit itself. Have you? If so, please share. Curious.
