I definitely agreed with Jennifer about how parts of it are screamy when Kurt Cobain's version, they're not. Just the way he sings isn't screamy, but Casey screamed them. Still in L-O-V-E with Casey though! Nothing could change that!
@TheGamblersCousin Actually Randy and Steve loved it! Its only JLo who doesn't like the screams. But for me I love Casey's voice even if he is screaming. :)

To be honest, this is pretty bad, but I don't blame him. Some instrumental covers of Nirvana's songs are good (like orchestrated or string quartets), but for the most part, not many people can do Nirvana like Nirvana did.

I like Casey but he won't bring Kurt back to life with this rendition. Man got balls though. If I where him I would re-arranged it to something more jazzy feel. Felt like Weird Al singing...

Well, it's not a carbon copy of the original, I respect that. But people who over-enunciate when they sing (read: Every American Idol "Rock" guy) songs like this, especially Nirvana, just wind up sounding like karaoke singers.
it's the only thing he's done so far i haven't liked :( I'm a huge fan and would vote for him anyway (since I'm in Canada, I can't vote :( ) but next week he's gotta do what he does best! I know he wanted to show his versatility but this isn't something he'd release as a single or even put on his album sooo he shouldn't have done it! I mean Casey is NOT grunge rock! He's more unique than that...
