- Here's another leftover brisket recipe I've been wanting to try... Smoked Brisket Egg Rolls, but Mexican style with quesadilla cheese, homemade Ranchero sauce, and a queso dipping sauce... these brisket egg rolls were fantastic!
The key is to heat up the leftover brisket in the warm Ranchero sauce, and then shred it for the perfect Mexican brisket filling - this stuff would be great for tacos or enchiladas too! Then, just add the leftover brisket to egg roll wrappers with some shredded cheese, and fry until golden brown.

I think the episodes where you repurpose leftovers are some of my favorites. I always have leftovers and generally only want to just reheat them one day, after that I need to turn it into something new if i am to use it.

BTW, you may already be doing this, but I use Tajin in my Mexican style rice (a healthy teaspoon or so per cup of rice)..........game changer.

Honestly...sous vide....is 100 the way to go...on all bbq....pulled pork...you name it...its honestly the best

Thats where i learned how to edit that part..we did similar....but dialed it down when I really studied closely...that speed up helped me cut the time of my videos down...time wise

100 true....just dont understand the comment...maybe if my family was 8 people plus...but...my kids really dont eat it...so its just us 2...no way we eat a whole brisket
