The only person who has been consistent from the jump and hasn’t had a dip yet is Dave, and he gives me quality over quantity and releases when he’s ready which has put him head and shoulders above everyone else.
No one will say it, but one thing that was upsetting about Nines’ last concert was the structure. We know Nines ain’t a performer like that but the tracklist could have been revised, although there’s probably songs personally Nines don’t even like anymore. Would have been a moment to see “Gangsteritus Remix” and “What’s Beef” live one after the next….
DnD threw me off too. The tune is hard. Chorus is hard. Verses are hard. Even aitch’s verse is decent. BUT…is Aitch tryna get more attention with the hood guys after years of making TikTok music? If so…I don’t think it’ll work. Or is potter trying to get more attention with the TikTok crowd after years of making good music? If so…I think that’s a dumb idea. So the entire track just makes no sense and leaves them both looking weaker than usual while trying to appeal to weird audiences.
I feel the exact same way about potter. The most recent two projects are kinda whack but his old school stuff are some of my absolute favourite albums tunes of all time
Nines has a song with j hus if he was at the o2 and potter came up there would have been issues. Potter would've been with AB n twin S plus most his entourage beef j hus
When labels and the guy in the suits came in the music industry it went corrupt from there on how’s an artist gonna write a tune and have it owned by a corporation Guys there’s better industry’s to get into other then this crap I promise rap life comes with commotion it’s dead
