how many of each card come in the starter deck?
Depends on the card, the bss website has the card list up on the decks section of the products tab. It may give the exact ratios
What happened to green and blue?
They don’t come out until set 2.
He mentions this in the first min of the video
Specifically, distribution for Set 2 came out and we now know that Green will be in that set. Blue would be in Set 3 it would seem.
