I had trouble with the extra squished 1st layers and extreme elephant foot with both my A1 and P1S. As an experiment, I rolled back firmware one version on both and the first layer issues went away. Might be worth a shot?
I've never used brim on any of my minis, I print the same size almost as you. Neither glue nor hairspray should be needed on a bambu plate. I've had 3 of them going for the last 2 months almost 24/7 and all I do is spray with 100% iso and wipe down with a micro fiber cloth. In the long run hairspray is just more garbage in the air that causes problems long term, gluestick is annoying because you have to clean the bottom of every print because its stick. Why deal with that? Just wipe the iso off immediately and don't use anything but 100% and there is no issues. Do you think you have success with stamping your bags? thought of doing it but then I bought soap from another stall and tossed the bag in the bin without second thought. So I'm not sure if I should do it. Is everyone like me? lol
ill have to give that a shot and im not sure yet the last markets we had that was going to test it at closed due to rain but fingers crossed they don't get canceled for rain this weekend. Plus Branding in anyway shape or form is good especially as a small business getting the name out there is #1 !
I have some for that and I want to bring it up in a future video ! but its me pushing limits of saving on. infill in the instructions it literally says 20% I put 9% to save on infill with more walls
@ 20% is a ton i bet u can get it down to the 9% with a little slower speed and something to make it stick to the bed but i could be totally wrong too. Thanks for another vid of ur printing farm.
I use dawn and get a blue and white bristle brush from dollar tree. 1 side looks like a bottle brush but the opposite side has just a small group of blue and white bristles….this works wonderful with dawn
@@thefamilyprintproject i ran into the goat mess with my p1p, I also learned to mess with both the tip heat and the bed heat. My printer is only about a month old. In the beginning I had more bad then good prints and lots of spaghetti. I pushed my bed up to 65 instead of recommended 55 and its made a huge difference and no more spaghetti. Also when there isnt a good base I either slow down the first few layers and if its taller, I slow the whole print down. Takes longer but better than all the waste. I havent used anything to keep my prints stuck to the bed other then cleaning and playing with the heat temps. Hope this helps 🙂🙂🙂
what size bags are you using for the fill your bag deals?
As someone getting into 3D printing and awaiting delivery of a Bambu A1 this vlog was very interesting
thank you so much we will be continuing to provide volgs that should be coming out on Saturdays hint hint I just ordered another printer as well 🤪

ill take a look into it maybe those models have something in there that isn't compatible with the new updates on first layer
3:46 that side eye LOLLL
hey nice catch lol I didn't even notice that !
I use glue sticks on everything. Zero fails now. I know they say this and that about that, but i have not had fails since.
I know one things for sure for my preference we won't. be using glue but thank you soooo much for your input !

Bro could make like bat cave layer and like the open up barbie dole houses maybe
bat cave is a good idea or a cave in general as a display for dragons
Any hair spray for bed plate adhesion might be worth a shot for getting the goats to stick
