How To Unlock Your Tempur-Pedic Remote

How to unlock the Tempur-Pedic / Tempur-Ergo remote control. My remote for the base was flashing and the controls didn’t work. Changed the batteries and reset the base to no avail. The child lock had been activated and I didn’t know.
