The Simpsons Hit & Run: The Removed Section of Level 7

There's a lot of information on the internet about the removed section of the map in Level 7 of The Simpsons Hit and Run. But most of this information doesn't actually explain what's going on. There's also only very little video footage of it. I've decided to make a video about it. I demonstrated how to get to the removed area and also the origins behind some of the content that was added before the level was scrapped.
