How do you stay so slender eating all these wonderful creations.? I gained 2 pounds just watching 😆. I like white chocolate in desserts. I used to make a white chocolate mousse with raspberry sauce and sliced poached pears when I worked in a French restaurant. I'm making a cinnamon raisin bread today. I soak the raisins over night in milk then puree them and add it to the slightly sweetened dough. No whole raisins. Wish I could share with you. Have a Blessed and Beautiful Day. Ti Amo Amica Mio. Yes Edward, you can clearly taste almond flavor from almond flour and it matches amazing with lemon! I've never tried to puree raisins and add it as sweetener...but I've tried with dates and worked great! I wish I could taste your cinnamon raisin bread!!
