On one hand we are told that there were no permanent native American settlements in Ky and that they only came here seasonally to hunt. Now this video says that Wickliffe is the oldest permanent native settlement in Ky. Either way these "conservationists/scientists" get funded by tax payer dollars. Funny how that works isnt it. Or were we not supposed to notice that ?

The “hunting ground” story of KY is an old, 19th century story based upon incomplete knowledge.

There were definitely a ton of native settlements all over Kentucky. From all different time periods. Plenty of mound sites, too.
