Driving class would cost 45euros per class. Some driving schools may take 35 to 40 depending on your location and the instructor. They would have their own car but you can also take your own car if you want. If you fail your practical test you will have to give it again within 2 yrs from the date your learner's driving license is issued.
Is the extract and particulars are same? Is there any benefit in getting international driving license though we are planning to write the theory and the practical in Ireland

I can get my eye sight test done and my test result. Do I need to have a PPS card or my visa document, passport, house address and PPSN number is enough? I haven't got the PPS card appointment yet so I am not sure if I can apply for my learners permit without that. Also my case is similar to yours. I have my Indian driving license and driving license extract. Will that allow me to make a purchase of a car? Please let me know. Thanks!

Once you clear ur theory test,you will get a learner's license. After which you can drive even during the period when your driving lessons are going on as long as you are accompanied by a full license holder who has license for more than 2yrs.

Hi, you can apply for theory test as soon as you are ready. Once you clear your theory test, you have to enroll yourself with a driving instructor for 12 classes (6 classes if you have reduced EDT letter) and once your classes are done the driving instructor will put your details on the RSA website and he will tell you to book for the driving practical test.

Extract is also known as driving particulars which is a detail history of your driving license. You apply it online now a days instead of going to your local RTO back in India. No, there isn't any requirements as such as far as i am aware.
