Didn't expect to see this band here. One of my first and favorite rock bands. 1:12 - Let the Sparks Fly 1:28 - Step to Me 1:48 - Faith, Love and Happiness 2:09 - The Flame in All of Us 2:39 - Lifeline 3:09 - Ordinary 3:18 - Fire It Up 3:47 - Down 4:24 - Courtesy Call 4:36 - War of Change
TFK is really underrated in my humb opinion, I think the fact that it’s a Christian rock/metal band turns a lot of people off, and even though I’m not a very religious guy myself there’s no doubt in my mind that Tfk is a wonderful band and one of the first bands I ever took a liking to
A lot of really good picks here, like 2 says ago I thought "Wow Step To Me (or Faith love and happiness) sounds like it'd be in a riffs video" and today I find this
Love TFK, this band was part of my teenager years and really made my musical taste with linkin park, three days grace and other bands. I spent so many hours listening to this band. About the riffs I really like faith love and happiness, down, step to me and so on
Man, this is the first ever band I really got into as a preteen, huge fan of them and its kinda sad that they went on an indefinite hiatus. Thx for bringing back some memories for me :) I absolutely love Trevor's role in the band. Also, I really wanna see another video of this but maybe add The Part That Hurts The Most, Welcome To The Masquerade and Favourite Disease in there
I really like the early stuff Phenomenon Intro+Puppet (absolute killer) Supafly Set it Off (first song here in that vid) These are my favourite songs and I listen to them once a month Also from the newer records "Favourite Disease" Beautiful song
If you want to go deeper into TFK's albums, I think it would be a good idea to follow this list (which is my personal list, but since I've listened to all the songs by this band, I think it's a good selection of songs): 1. The End is Where We Begin : I like all songs except Light up the sky and All i need to know, i like the album so much that even the themes on the album are cool, unlike welcome to the masquerade which, despite only having it at the beginning of the album, i still find it very boring. 2. The Art of Breaking: I like pretty much every song, too, except The art of breaking and Hit the floor. This album has for me maybe the best song of the whole band that is Hurt (not only because it sounds great, but because it's a song with a little weird sound, but very distinct and special, really a point off the curve in terms of composition). 3. Phenomenon: one thing I find interesting about the phenomenon is that it's the last album to have a mostly nu-metal/hip hop influence (not that it doesn't have that influence on the other albums, but definitely phenomenon and set it off are the most influenced by these styles). I like the tracks 1 and 5 to 12, except 10. 4. Exhale: that album had some cliches, but they didn't affect that much in a way that make the album redundant and boring. I like the tracks 1 to 4 and 7 to 11, except 9. 5. Oxygen: Inhale: I like the tracks 1 to 3 and 6 to 10, except 8. 6. Welcome to the Masquerade: this is an album where some songs sound close and in general i don't like it so much in some songs. I like the tracks 3, 5, 7, 10 to 12 and 16. 7. The Flame in All of Us: this album mostly sounds heavy and even a little weird, but for me it doesn't sound so good. I like the tracks 1, 2, 6, 8, 11 and 12. 8. Set It Off/That's What People Do: an interesting thing about Set It Off is that it has two versions, the original (2001) which had 4 songs from That's what people do (which is TFK's first album, 1997) and the remastered (2004) which has all the songs from the first album, except for a cover of "Sunshine of your love" called "Sunshyne", the albums aren't the most constant, especially considering that there are versions of the same song that are better or worse depending on which album it's on, even so I would say that they were heavily inspired by 90's rock which I don't like very much. I like the tracks 3 (2004), 4 (2004), 10 (2004), 11 (2001), 13 (1997), 14 (1997), 17 (2004) and Sunshyne.
Hello, please help me decide, I don’t know which guitar to buy 7 strings or 6, it will be the second guitar. I understand that depending on for what purposes, I just want to understand whether there is any sense in 7 strings. Thanks in advance

Thanks for showing me this sick band. Never heared of them
Love Thousand Foot Krutch 🔥🔥🔥 great job, as always
TFK's riffs need more appreciation! I'm a little surprised that you didn't have Puppet in here. It's an oldy, but it goes hard.
He had their song, Set it Off on there. It’s on the same album as Puppet
@@blujai-2000 I can agree with you 😕😐
Love this band!! Get All their albums. Excellent playing 👍

Одна из любимейших групп, жду нового альбома вот уже 6 лет, группа, к сожалению, скорей мертва, чем жива в данный момент.
Да уж, очень жалко. А группа классная

Depends on the genre you play in, generally I think ppl get more strings either to have more control over pitch, or just as a joke.
@@yeoss I thought about it and decided that for my purposes it is better to take 6 strings with a multi-scale
