I had never thought of that.... pre rate cut investment as a smart move. But like you said investors want to buy property, I'm looking to invest but need the rate cut to service more debt, catch 22.
Hi Scott, I cannot wait for these rate cuts !! By when do you anticipate that house prices will steady / plateau off - around the 2030 mark ? Im hoping there a solid 3 to 4 year growth here in Adelaide before i pull the trigger and either subdivide and sell off or build on the land. Good video.👍👍
