I just got the silver stainless steel today. I upgraded from the series 5 aluminum. Man, this thing is a beauty. I wanted graphite to match my phone but they were sold out. I took a chance on silver and couldn’t be happier. The 45mm is a game changer. Great video!
That's awesome! I felt the same way about the graphite. I wanted Space Black like my previous watch, but they make you get the $1299 Hermes Edition to get that color, but I'm also super happy with the one I ended up getting. 45mm definitely makes a difference. Having the keyboard and more screen makes it useful for sure. Thanks!!
@@Juinr it doesn’t feel very heavy to me. At first it did seem a bit huge on my wrist and I had to get used to this new band. I definitely don’t think they should go any bigger than 45mm.
@@Juinr sounds like you’ll be better off with the 45mm. I believe you actually have 14 days to return it, but double check on that. You could get another one in the queue and then send the smaller one back.
Awesome! Hopefully it'll come early. I have been noticing that others are getting theirs earlier than the estimated date. I can't believe I missed that during the unboxing. I had an expensive camera hanging from above and I think I was preoccupied with it falling lol
I have been wearing Milanese loop since I got my series 4 after my dad got his 6, once you wear it a month your fine with it being a normal casual band
@@TheOtherJonB if your careful no it does not. Be careful when it’s not on your wrist, and you should be good. The band normally only makes contact with the metal piece that it loops into but if you let the band flop all over when off then it may or may not do something. It’s authentic and smooth so it shouldn’t do anything
@@TheOtherJonB I have been wearing it for a week. It won't easily come into contact with the stainless steel even when it's off your wrist. I did notice a small scratch on the back glass which I think occurred when I was setting it up. I'm very careful when I take it off not to let the band rub against the back glass.
At first it was a little uncomfortable, but once I got the magnet aligned and watch positioned optimally it's more comfortable and you get used to it. It's definitely not as comfortable as the sport band was, but it seems easier to adjust how tight it is just by pulling on or loosening the magnet. I think it would be less comfortable running, but I haven't tried it yet.

Does it feel heavy? I feel like I made a mistake getting the 41mm

The Direction of the loop is shown on the packaging, however great video, I have the same combo ordered, but i have to wait till November for mine.

Ordered the same one only with Leather Link strap in Baltic blue with the Milanese loop as well, how comfortable are you finding the band.

Do I have to activate the cellular or can I use just it as a gps
You don’t have to activate it. Without activation it will use your phone and WiFi to communicate. GPS will still work.
