Yup! That is what mamí used to say, "Ay! Comida en la casa!" (It's sad, because it wasn't that she was being mean. She just couldn't afford it. So, we would go home and eat beans, rice and tortillas made by hand. Which is actually a lot healthier!)

🍔When I was a kid going out to eat fast-food was a treat. 🍟When, I got older and moved out on my own, I would eat out on the weekends. Then, I moved to a new job location that was 2 blocks from a busy street with a row of fast food restaurants. 🌭 And, pretty soon, I would forget to pack my lunch🌯 and started eating out almost daily! 🌮Needless to say, I gained quite of bit a weight! Eating fast food every day is not good for your health. Better to pack a lunch! 🥗

I've never been to most fast food restaurants. The only places we have in my town are burger king, McDonalds, jack in the box, taco bell, del taco, starbucks, and subway. We don't have anything else lol.
You're not missing out on much, lol. Everything else is also just burgers, fries, chicken nuggets etc. The less fast food, the better :)

I've lived in LA for 6 years now. I've never had Wiener Schnitzel because I'm from Germany and I KNOW that that fast food schnitzel crap cannot possibly be as good as a real schnitzel ;) and I've not been to Carls Jr or Jack in the Box because they seem like generic burger/fries places to me. Tried Wendy's once and found the meat in the burger somewhat gross. So..... yeah. People like that exist in LA. I'll take The Habit over any of these other chains.

That does sound like a good deal. But, when you think about it for a minute, how good can any of the ingredients be (in particular the beef patty and the chicken nuggets) when the whole meal is only $4....? I mean, it's probably all really disgusting meat.
@@mistym0rning Yeah! Plus, it is loaded with calories! Sodium! And has very little nutritional value! I think the key to staying on your diet, is to PLAN, PREPARE, AND PACK your meals ahead of time! That way, you are not starving at the end of the day and run the risk of making poor food choices. ALWAYS A STRUGGLE!
