I’ve a fatty liver , although I’m not THAT obese, and I developed diabetes II 7 years ago, now I’m almost 70. Seems to be my weak point and doesn’t become better, although I take Metformin, follow a healthy lifestyle with vegetarian food, salads and herbs from our garden and walks. Treatment of diabetes must be based on 4 blood group types. Herbs too need to be matching with blood group types. Each of the 4 blood group types have unique genetic character. @@R.suhasini-u4x yes it is a short herbal plant with tiny leaves and at the back of the leaf you will find tiny green balls like fruit. In kerala we call it kiziya Nali. It is bitter to taste when eaten fresh and green. People pluck the leaf and after washing use it to make stuffed roti or parata. Eat it to clear the liver. Especially if u have jaundice. I think it would have been nice if the Doctor would have shown the leaves in the video. It would have helped and benefited lots of people. There is no point in talking about a herb without showing it.
