The CM has been seated again... but till now nothing has been done about the promise which the top BJP leaders had made to the public by calling them to the Lucknow head office before the formation of the government... till now. There is no trace of him... But today Lok Sabha MP from Nagina and Bhim Army Chief Chandrashekhar Azad, understanding the pain and suffering of these village guards... has raised his voice for them and directly He has taken upon himself the responsibility of getting justice for them by writing a letter to Uttar Pradesh Chief Yogi Adityanath... Actually, Chandrashekhar Ravan has written a letter to CM Yogi in which it has been requested that the CM should pay attention to this and immediately appoint guards/watchmen. Increase in the salary of,,,,,,,, Ravana has given this information while sharing this letter on Regarding providing state employee status and other facilities, I wrote a letter to the Honorable Chief Minister requesting him to immediately fulfill the demands of the village guards/chowkidars pending for many years.
In this letter, ASP MP Chandrashekar put forward five demands before the government... In the first demand it was said that
The village police of the state should be regularized and given the status of state employee by increasing their salary.
Village watchman should be given rights like registration of births and deaths, crime book and police uniform.
According to the police regulation, all the village guards of the police station should be called together for attendance and the time limit for stopping them in the police stations should be fixed.
Justice J.N.Mittal, Chairman of Uttar Pradesh State Law Commission, after studying the subject of Chowkidari at the ground level for two and a half years, had submitted the recommendation for respectable medical training etc. to the Home Secretary on 03/12/2021, it should be implemented.
The police should change the dhoti to the uniform of the British era village guards.
