The only thing not selling this is the human reactions - no one would so calmly film a ufo out the window without trying to aim directly at it, or aim at a person running rather than the object. Also I feel like the end of the footage would be camera aiming at the ground running frantically or something

I agree, totally fake. The ones I've been abducted by never spin THAT fast. The aliens would be thrown off their feet!. They spin rather more gently and the floors are slightly angled to absorb the inertial momentum that would otherwise cause balance problems and tend to spill the coffee.
