    I'm using Unity 2022.3.2f1 and HDRP. Grass is not showing at all.

    I've avoided/ignored a couple assets because of the Nodes interface. Not having every tried them I figured they'd be limiting and would have a big learning curve. That isn't the case with this one at all. Its free, just load it and watch this video, then play and play and play. So much fun.

    Thanks for the vid Denis, just FYI I actually learn a lot from just looking at your end Map graphs. I wonder if you could show images of completed map graphs please. Cheers brother!

    I am following the tutorial and somehow the connection from Erosion to the Height input portal is red, doesn't allow me to connect. Why could this be happening ?

    It won't let me select all, to make a group :/
    Maybe it's not compatible with the new Unity Version?

      Same question. My grass isn't transparent. I tried changing the texture to say alpa is transparent and that didn't work either.

    Am I the only one getting issue with previewing nodes on the terrain itself? As soon as I click it, the terrain just turns invisible for me :(
    I am using unity 2022.3.3f1 with MapMagice 2.1.14. URP default scene
    EDIT: Just tried 2023.1.2f1 version of Unity, no luck.

    One more thing. My "Terrain Settings" menu does not exist. Also the texturing did not work at all when following this.

    During a build, grass only works for the first tile. Grass does not work on any of the tiles generated during build mode (works in editor during play mode). Is there a solution for this? Has anyone else had this issue? Tiles procedurally generated in build mode do not have any grass.

      Grass doesn't work at all for me, using infinite mode, even on first tile in editor. Unity 2022.2.1

    Grass isnt appearing, doesnt matter what texture i use, it doesnt show up. unity 2020

      If you are using HDRP then the grass won't show up. Simply because it isn't supported by Unity. If not - describe the issue here: mm2.idea.informer.com

      @@denispahunov6415 I am using HDRP, its fine. I shall just manually place grass where I need it, but I will use the same technique with green and yellow grass. Its still saved me a bunch of time on map making. Thanks!

      @@RandamTheFurious MapMagic places grass no matter of render pipeline. It's Unity that doesn't display it in HDRP. Will they fix it? Idk

    Here how I got grass showing up in Unity6 & URP: Use Grass Mode "Mesh Vertex" and Check "Use Instancing". In Project Folder din the Sedge Material an set the Shader sto "Universal Render Pipeline/Unlit" + Surface Type "Transparent" + Base Map "Sedge"

    Why does preview not work? Small window below remains N/A

      The preview is inactive if this node is not connected, or one of the earlier nodes is not connected. If the node is not preceding output then pressing re-generate might be required to refresh the preview.

    Whenever I right click and hover over add, the menu disappears and loses focus? Any help? Can't get it to work at all with Unity 2020.1.0f1

      You sure you have MapMagic2 and not MapMagic World Generator? Had the same issue with World Generator in 2020 - works fine with 2019... MapMagic2 works fine with 2020
